This is a beautifully kept site. Pitches are spacious. The toilets and showers spotlessly clean. Although there are only 2 showers each for men and women there was only a short wait despite it being bank holiday.
The local pub which is a few steps away was a real bonus. It is family run and we received a very warm welcome and so did our two dogs. The food was good.
On the downside there were a lot of rules which seemed regimental. A little toddler playing ball with his mum on a vast expanse of grass was asked to stop and go to the play area at the top end of the site. The selection of groceries in the reception was abysmal. There were no papers and no shop in the village, so not ideal for motorhome owners. No buses available and taxis expensive.

This is our 2nd visit and we stayed 5 days. The weather was kind and sunny which certainly makes for a good break. As it was early in the season we asked for a position where the awning was south facing and it caught the sun from early in the morning till 5pm. The managers were very helpful and the site was beautifully kept. With hardstanding and fresh and grey water hookup as well as electric and freeview hookup we were very comfortable. Free wifi was available on site but at times got a bit slow. Toilet facilities were excellent and warm.
Unfortunately the local pub was not opening until after we had left, last year we enjoyed several meals there and could take our dog into the bar area.
They have a play area for children but we had no need of it so could not comment on it.
I do like the number of dog bins around site each with its own shovel, very dog friendly and no excuse to leave a mess behind.
They do not stock much in the shop but local towns are a short drive away.
The river was running too fast and deep after the heavy rains for our dog to swim in the river this time, but he did get his running in in the dog walk area.
We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and found it excellent. Access to the site is easy and we got a warm welcome. The water and drainage on each pitch was very useful and the TV connection was great. The toilets and showers were spotlessly clean and tidy. The river beside the site is beautiful and the walk through the orchard takes you to the nearby pub avoiding most of the road. The sheep in the orchard are friendly !
The pub is nice with friendly staff, good local beer and cider. I have to say we were disappointed with the food. We went for Sunday lunch and they served roasts, we had beef which was very very average. Perhaps their menu in the week is better, so worth a visit if only for a drink.
Ludlow is a lovely town, we had a great lunch here at La Becasse, we also went to the Ludlow food centre which has great local food, and would recommend their Cafe, where we had a lunch and went back next day for Breakfast.
The countryside is lovely, we drove over the Long Mynd, and the views are terrific. We would come to this site again.

Very clean site with flat hard standing. The site is dog friendly. Mens and womens toilets clean and enough of them never had to wait. Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it. My dog enjoyed swimming in the river and the dog exercise field was big enough. Good public path over fields to local church. The owners were friendly and helpful but the shop had few items with 3 miles to Tenbury for food etc. The local pub within 5 minutes walk was excellent, although the food menu choice was fairly short the quality was very good and we ate there 4 nights. There is plenty to see in the area but visited Leominster on Saturday afternoon and found half the shops shut and the atmosphere was dead, will not visit again. Ludlow is definitely worth a visit, will have to go back.

What a find this campsite is just the job. The pitches are all fully serviced with plenty of room. No bikes or skate boards are allowed on the site. The toilet block is very clean but five star I think not. The site is five star with good dog walking area. The local pub is just over the river. They have a nice log fire. We could take the dog in and he was made welcome by the staff. The food and beer was first class with a first class price. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. Pitches were tidy and the waste water drain and TV point was useful. Only two male showers but seemed to cope - site was fairly full. Most fellow campers were friendly, which always makes a difference to us. The Temeside Inn is a very short stroll either by river bank or road( a torch is useful for avoiding sheep droppings!). Inn itself is fine, offering reasonably priced food and drink - beer garden by river is lovely. Tenbury Wells is only 3 miles away and offers a pleasant surprise from the usual predictable chain coffee shops and stores. We ate at Naz's Wine Bar which was very good.

Very nice site, well kept and friendly. Located on the banks of the river with a local pub a short stroll through an orchard (orchard is not suitable for night time walking as ample sheep deposits about and a few potholes)Walk to pub along road is a fair distance, but the food and drink are very good. Very relaxing stay and great to be on a fully serviced pitch.
Only hick up was our journey to the site, we used a sat nav and selected to go the quickest route after entering the postcode this resulted in us being told to turn left through Tenbury Wells village centre followed by several miles of single lane carriageway with NO passing points, fortunately we met no other cars but it was a sweaty palm job, apparently this is a common problem and the site warden told me next time to put in the road name which directs you along the main road, this fact is also highlighted in their on site leaflet, so be careful.

We stayed for 2 nights at this site. The wardens are new friendly and helpful. They directed us to our fully serviced pitch which was a corner plot. The site itself is very clean and well looked after, plenty of dog bins.
The Luxury heated facilities. I would not put these facilities as luxury, several times during our stay I used both the showers and toilets and found the room cold the heating was not on, this was early March. They were very clean with free hot water, the only downside to showers was you pressed a button outside of shower cubicle to activate shower this lasted about 7 minutes so they say but if you run out of time you had to get out and repress button. Both times I used showers I had to do this.
The site is in a good location on the banks of the river Teme with Ludlow and NT properties only a few miles away. In my opinion the site is overpriced for time of year and charging £4. 00 for late departure is a bit much as site was empty. I`ve stayed on 5* sites for less money. But would I use this site again or recommend this site YES I WOULD.

We only stayed one night myself the wife and my 10yr old, very impressed with the site layout large pitch sizes and level. The site was full with many caravans and a few trailer tents we were the only tent.
The site is well kept and lots of dogs waste bins around, maybe could have done with a few more waste bins on site.
The toilet block and showers are clean but need updating with more showers and up to date, (like poston mill site a sister company).
Nearby pub serves great food but only takes cash which was a bind.
Play area was great and book swap hut was good as well.
The staff although I only met the one was very friendly and their dog(socks) was friendly to.
We would say here again but we have stayed on better sites which are a bit cheaper, don't let this put anyone off staying here it's a great base for touring the area and very dog friendly.

Just spent 5 nights at this site and it is well worth a visit. Toilets and showers are kept clean, staff are helpful and the site is very dog friendly with PLENTY of doggy poo bins dotted around the site, but despite this a few selfish people still insist on NOT clearing up. The local pub serves good food and drink but at the time of our visit were unable to take credit & debit cards so be warned take cash or your chequebook. This pub is also very dog friendly. The only minor gripe I have about the site is that with only 2 showers in both the mens and ladies with potentially 60 pitches in peak season it would be an advantage if another shower block were built (I stress it is only a minor gripe) There is a log cabin with a book swap system, magazines and leaflets full of places to see and visit. We went to Bliss Hill near Telford (38 miles door to door), this is well worth a visit as it is SO DOG FRIENDLY. It is a living Victorian town & great fun for young and old.
All in all a good place to stay, lots of places to visit from the campsite and we would return again. It would appeal to family's as there is room for children to play and a good playground for kids. The pitches are well kept and the groundsman is always mowing grass, trimming hedges, emptying bins. A very well kept site.
