Just returned from a 2 night stay at Westbrook Farm Park and are very impressed with the site and facilities.
I would say the site was 90% full when we were there and most of these were caravans but there were a few tents. Tents use the same pitches as the caravans which consist of a hard standing (to park your car on if you are using a tent) and a spacious grass pitch, these pitches were very large and I would say the tent next door was over 6 metres away, so a great feeling of space. Each pitch has its own 16amp hook up, tv cable, water and waste disposal.
The site itself is in an apple orchard some trees of which are dotted around the camping area, next door is the main orchard which is open to explore. There is also a lovely picnic area on the banks of the river which is a great space for a shady picnic. You can also walk through the orchard to get to the Temeside pub, the walk only takes 2 or three minutes and while we only called in for a drink on Saturday afternoon it seemed like a nice place to eat with a huge beer garden.
Finally the facilities. There are two showers and three screened wash basins in each of the womens and mens blocks. Showers are 10p for seven minutes but are hot and strong. There is also a family/less able shower room giving plenty of space for families. The toilet blocks were absolutely spotless and I never saw more than one person in there!
All in all a really nice relaxing site, the other campers were polite and courteous and even though there were quite a few kids (our 5 year old included!) there was never much noise, there is a children's play area on site. We will definitely be returning for quite a few weekends as it is only an hour from us.

This site is well maintained and extremely clean. We visited this site for three days in company with friends and found it to be ideally located for Ludlow and surrounding Herefordshire. The pitches are flat with all facilities to hand.
The toilet block was very clean as were the hot efficient showers, The site is located alongside a picturesque river and only a short pleasant walk from a very hospitable and reasonably priced pub. Within close proximity is a very good Park and Ride service which makes the journey to Ludlow most worthwhile. We would return.

We have just returned from a ten-day visit to this lovely site. The whole place is very clean and tidy.
Our pitch was spacious and fully-serviced which is going to make me a lazy caravanner. I was interested in the review comment about dog mess because there was none at all. There were however sheep droppings in an adjoining orchard on the public footpath to the pub and I suspect the reviewer muddled the two up as superficially they can look similar !
Our grandchildren visited and loved the football area and playground. We had three meals at the 'Temeside' which is under new management: all were fine.
Fantastic area to visit. The Welsh Borderland is virtually unspoilt with interesting small towns. Close to the site is great walking across Bircher Common and Mortimer Forest.
We climbed Brown Clee Hill, too. Ludlow of course is an exceptional small town, possibly the best in the UK. Seems like a huge number of repeat visitors to site which says it all.
Highly recommended and we live in Cornwall !

What a great site. Plenty of well kept room around your pitch, TV aerial hook up, and waste water direct into the ground, wonderful toilet/wash rooms very clean and tidy. The pub was dog friendly, even our mental springer pup was made very welcome in the bar, as long as they are kept under control. The meals were great value too (full plates) guest ales were on, and a host of other beers, ciders and lagers, and the landlord and staff were very friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble
We will be going again and again.
Fishing is good and access from the site is a matter of meters away, with good walkways to the rivers edge.
I would find it hard to find something to complain about, it would be a petty piddley thing, couldn't see one of them either.

Lovely site at Little Hereford.
All weather pitch which had it's own waste water, fresh water tap and TV aerial. Best picture we have had in the caravan.
Peaceful, site looked full on arrival but by Tuesday a lot of people had left. Site stores caravans and takes them off/on the pitch for you.
The toilet block was in a protacabin type construction, but was very clean and warm, there were 2 showers, 3 private wash sinks and 4 loos. You had to pay 10p for a 7 minute shower which was always hot and you had plenty of time to shower and wash your hair. I had the showers all to myself the whole week we were there as I never saw anyone else use them. There is also piped music.
We stayed 7 nights but only paid for 6 due to it being mid season.
We did not visit the local pub (Temeside)within walking distance as the kitchens were closed for refurbishment.
There is plenty of nice places to visit within the area, Ludlow is lovely with walks along the river. We loved Bewdley, it's a nice little town, great fish and chips and some nice walks around the town colour coded routes. We wished we had had more time there but stopped off on our way to another destination.
There is plenty of National Trust properites within the area,I would love to go back again at some point and if I was in the area again would stay at Westbrook, I had a very peaceful holiday.
One word of warning, we did an AA route map to the site, big mistake, we ended up going through Tenbury Wells on a Saturday afternoon. Bestparks do warn you not to use sat nav for one of their sites, it might be this one. We approached from Kidderminster, keep on the B road past Tenbury Wells until you come to Little Herefore, then at the Tameside Inn turn left.

We liked:
Spacious pitches, very posh - varying widths for motorhome / caravan or plus awning, each one with tap, ingenious pivotting grey water waste pipe to suit every unit (a luxury with our old motorhome) and TV cable (though we have no TV), concrete hardstanding, no mud to track in (the grass was very soft) and absolutely level.
Excellent dog run along the river in the orchard, plenty of poo bins (on our visit, it seemed every unit had a dog)and the windfall apples float so our dog could swim to fetch them.
You choose your own pitch (may not apply at busier periods).
We didn't like:
No hot water to the ladies sinks (ok in gents and family/disabled room).
No recycling - that's potentially 60 glass bottles a day minimum going to landfill.
Reception only open 10 am to 4 pm - we had to hang around waiting for it to open to pay before we could head off, as we'd arrived after it closed. (Charged for the dog staying too.)
Filling the motorhome water tank was a fuss - the tap is at the rear of each pitch. If you don't have a long pipe you have to use a vacant big pitch to present the side of the van up to the tap - this may not be possible in busy periods, but there isn't a separate tap at the toilet block.
Big site and it's quite a trek to the only toilet block at one end.
Would we come again? Maybe as a stopover, but it's farther from Ludlow than we'd want to be.

While agreeing with many of the reviews already posted, there were a couple of small niggles about the site. The first was having to pay 10p for showers. It should not be necessary when they are charging £19 per night for a pitch, which is quite expensive for this type of site. It wasn't even a water saving strategy as the showers lasted 7 minutes - more than most people would use. I also felt that a site at this price should have some facility to buy basics, such as bread and milk. There was no shop in the village either so it entailed a long drive to the nearest supermarket.

Just returned from two weeks at this wonderful site. All pitches fully serviced very spacious flat and mostly well sheltered. The whole site was beautifully kept, with the washroom facilities being almost clinically clean. The only criticism I can make about them is that the mirrors must have been put up for people no taller than 5' 2' in mind and being 6'1' with a at times dodgy back this was a nuisance to me.
The site staff were all friendly and helpful especially ***** (no names to be mentioned )who enabled us to get home legally. We had a lot of heavy rain at times but the ground coped very well never once did I see the water lie and ground always felt firm. Lovely river walks, nearest pub being only a five minute stroll along river, never had a meal at the pub but can say the local beer was very nice and not to badly priced. Did have a meal in the ship in tenbury wells this was very good but a bit pricey.
Most of the people we met on the site were long term regulars so I think that speaks for itself, as to dog poo we never saw any evidence of it and there were a lot of dogs on the site

We have just spent five nights and were very impressed. Pitch was spacious and a bonus to have water tap and waste on the pitch. The site, shower block etc are immaculate and a credit to the site. Only criticism was the mirrors in the wash cubicles were too low for my husband to see to have a shave. Only a minor criticism though.
It was very hot during our visit so it was wonderful to be able to go into the orchard and sit under the trees, watching the river go by. So relaxing! We spotted a lamprey in the river, first one we had ever seen.
Staff stayed in the background but were available if you had any problems and regular checks were made of the facilities. Recycling is something that they could consider and as to the dog mess referred to earlier we only came across one incident, and that was in the orchard. We had a dog with us and there were good facilities for disposal of doggy bags and for nearby walks.
We also found a very good library and plenty of literature and information for local attractions in the cabin on site near reception. Ludlow and Tenbury Wells are the nearest for shopping and plenty of choice.
Great for fishing and bird watching. Husband wants to bring a fishing rod next time.
Would definitely recommend this site.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful site. Everything is so close at hand we visited Ludlow and Leominster which are only a short drive away.
Pitches are spacious with everything at hand water and waste so now treks to be made. The river runs at the back of so you can walk along the riverbank watching the fish. There is a pub also within walking distance.
My only criticism is that there is nowhere on site to recycle.
The wardens were very helpful and you can pay extra to stay on site until 5pm.
Will definitely being going back.
