23/5/03 Just got back from our 1st camping trip. We loved it! St. David's was an exceptional camp site-the shower block was large/clean and the showers hot. We will be returning soon.

August 2002 I have to agree with previous reviewers, about negatives (toilet block) and positives (position, beach). We usually go for the edge of the site overlooking the shore, which gives unrivalled views, but beware - it can be hazardous in windy weather (which is every other day!) Look forward to seeing the new facilities

April 03 As the manager of St David's Park, I read with interest some other customers' comments!
I am pleased to announce that our old toilet block is no longer standing! In it's place is an upto date, fully tiled and heated block with power showers, a family room, full disabled facilities and a covered wash up area. As before all this is included within the cost of a night's camping. Our new block is due to open on 23rd May 03, but please make sure you book beforehand - we are expecting to be fully booked for most of the season! Until this date, we regret that we do not have any pitches available whatsoever.

August 2002 As an anual visitor to ST. David's I feel a duty of defending negative views of this magical campsite. I do agree that toilet facilities need updating, which is forthcoming, but they are clean! You will struggle to find a location with such views, and friendly staff, including site manager and tavern staff. As for noise from a tavern which is at least 400 meters from the nearest tent, I can only say that some may have extreme sensitivity of hearing, or not enjoy the fact that a returning camper has had a more enjoyable night than temselfs, as un-sociable behavior is not tolerated on this site. Looking forward to my first visit of Easter 2003!

May 2002 Great position with it's own private beach. Toilet block is absolutely terrible and lets the whole site down (I am lead to believe this will be replaced before 2003). The site is a little disorganised with no specific pitches and only one string of mains power for around 20 pitches. The site is well situated for access to the attractions on the east side of Anglesey (Beaumaris, Moelfre etc.) In 2001 we encountered a particularly noisy family - using their car doors as hifi speakers! This could ruin a holiday and the site owners need to be firmer with the visitors. Several other sites locvally that offer much better facilities at present.
