August 2005 First time ever camping with the kids and we went with our caravanning friends who had booked this site.
We had a fantastic plot, our 2 boys had plenty of space to run and crawl in complete safety.
Site was quiet, facilities were clean and sufficient. Staff friendly, location superb. Recommend to anyone.
p.s. Weather made a bit of a difference too!

June 2005 We have just returned from a weekend camping at this site. The site was really busy, but we did not feel overcrowded. The staff are very helpful and gave great advice for pitching locations.
The childrens outside play area is great and located right in the centre of the main campsite which was fantastic as we have 2 young children.
The toilet/shower block is very clean and well maintained.
This site is in a great position for exploring the new forest as well as the dorset coast which is only about 20 mins drive away.

May 2005 Picked this site through the Caravan and camping club. First time to use our campervan and we had a non serviced pitch so that we could also put up a large tent next to it. Found the site easily. Very clean, plenty of showers and the staff were helpful and friendly. We went on the bank holiday weekend and site was fully booked and very busy.
The only down side was that it really is family freindly and if you want a quiet time then this may not be the place. Lots and lots of very small children and with three older teenagers in tow not much for them to do apart from the pool table and pin ball machines.
Some woods to walk in near by but if you want the 'real' new forest then it's a short drive away.

August 03 Our first visit to this site. Easy to find, very friendly welcome by staff and wardens. We were even asked if we had a preference for where to pitch - which was nice.
Toilets and showers very clean and spacious (and plenty of them), hot water at all times. All other facilities very good indeed.
The site was full this particular weekend, but did not feel busy. It is a relaxed and quiet site.
We had a fab time, the atmosphere is very friendly and safe for children to run around.
We are already planning our next visit -can definately recommend!
