We have just returned from a weekend visit to Marston. Friendly owners, but insist on being off by 12.30 It is very clean. Well spaced out. Great park/play area in the middle that can be seen from all pitches. Spotless facilaties. Short walk from Kingsbury water park. Great value £12 with hook up. It is however on a very busy road and in our folding camper you could hear traffic 24/7, but not in our friends caravan and the road around the camp is full of pot hols. In all had a great weekend, just glad to be camping.

We live locally to this site so it is handy for us too....however the site has changed hands recently..the new wardens were helpful, but seemed more interested in what time we were leaving next morning!!! We must be gone by 12.30!! We only stayed one night and were given a hard standing (which we were very grateful) as the park was quite busy. However our pitch was strewn with rubble, showers could also do with a lick of paint. Perhaps the road around the campsite will be re-newed as well, at the moment it is "dodge the pot hole"......but all in all a very pleasant and popular site.

This is such a great site, with pitches for caravans and MHs in a circular fashion around the perimeter and tents in the middle. Nice kids' playground in middle and lots of grass to play on. Felt spacious, was quiet and safe for kids. Really clean, friendly owners, several visits by mobile chippies and ice cream vans. We had no problems with midges, even in height of summer. The more I stay on other campsites, the more I realise how nice Marston is!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Its only a 15 minute drive from our home but when you are there it could be 2-3 hours away. Its lovely and relaxing. Very clean toilets and shower block and helpful managers. Would recommend anyone to stay here, the local Lea Marston Leisure centre is only across the road, excellent for golfers or if you just want a drink or a meal and they also have a ball pit for the children. Will definitely be staying here again this year.

February 2005 We've stayed here a few times and we like the site for a quick get away as we live local. The owners always seem friendly and very helpful. The site is occupied by a lot of permanent caravans, but that doesn't stop us from wanting to go back there again. The toilets are always spotless (and have blue water as my kids pointed out!!) It has a small play area for the kids and we've been lucky enough to pitch right by it so we can watch the kids on it out of the window. The site is tidy and well looked after. We will return there again I'm sure

November 2003 We stayed at this campsite for a week in November and would recommend it more for a summer stay.
We were on a grass pitch as the hard pitches seemed to be occupied by permanent caravans. The grass got a bit muddy, but it wasn't too bad. The small awning didn't stay put in the mud after a bit of wind, the site is quite open and un-sheltered.
The shower/toilet block was always warm and clean. There were washing up facilites, but no laundrette facilities. Quite disappointing for such a large site. We had to travel quite a few miles to the closest one.
We found the one-way road in the site a bit hard to tackle, the pot-holes wobbled us all over the place and were full of water. I would recommend it be tarmaced soon.
This site is however ideally located for Coventry, Kenilworth and Tamworth as we visited all of these places. There is not much in the way of public transport though.
The owners were friendly and welcoming, and the delivery fish & chip van every saturday night was great.
