I had a great few nights here I felt very safe as a solo female.
There is ehu if you want it.
Toilet and a shower kept very clean.
Lovely walks from campsite and a pub serving good food.
I'd stay here again

Nice, quiet smallish site with about 26 pitches, all with EHU and a fresh water tap. We didn't need EHU and the owner was really accommodating for us as 3 campervans, 2 tents and a car with an awning, and gave us a space of our own in a corner.
Pub closes at 8pm early week. Quiz night Thursday and events on some weekends when the pub stays open later. Food was lovely and reasonably priced.
Site became quite lively on Friday night as people were arriving to attend a party on Saturday in the camp marquee.
Would highly recommend this site. 2 showers. And 2 toilets (1 of each for males and females). Only downside were the showers. Fully functional but quite small inside if you are a larger person.
Located a couple of miles from Bidford on Avon which was beautiful. Various National Trust sites within about 20 miles, and about 20 miles to Stratford on Avon

Lovely pub, great friendly local people.
Food was good and hot/ home made.
The site was fine, and plenty of room for a caravan.
The showers are ok but small if your a big chap like me.
Surrounded by history and fabulous houses. Close to all the local history spots.
The beer is fab, well kept and celler cooled hand pumps.
All in all a good time

This site is set in a great location.
Communication with the friendly staff was amazing.
Looking at other reviews there are various degrees of perception of size.
The site itself suffers from low ground in the middle, so unfortunately gets boggy when rain falls.
There is a "festival" marquee in the middle of the campsite which, generously states up to 26 pitches.
This could be considered a squeeze!
We were given a fully serviced pitch, everything worked, however, the pitch, when the tent was erected, blocked access for some "permanent" residents. This caused friction!
The toilet facilities were, at best, minimal!
The washing up facilities were more than adequate, however, with only one washing machine, for a possible 26 pitches, this might be considered, sub-optimal!
It would have been nice to know about the birthday party that was held in the festival marquee too, but it finished at 2300, with no extra noise after.
Ok site to visit for max 2 nights.

Julie the proprietor went above and beyond in what was difficult circumstances due to a very wet camping field.
We had to park up in the gravel car park after we got bogged down attempting to access a field pitch. Our fee was adjusted mutually.
This is a great site, but unfortunately previous wet weather hit hard.
Showers and toilets are adequate albeit limited in size, maybe a queue if the site is full.
Great location for visiting Bidford, great walks.
The pub is very friendly and inviting.
We will definitely be back.

The landlady was great. The only trouble with it was that the field was too wet to stay on, but as she told us we could stay on the drive if we wanted so we did.
We stayed with some other friends there.
We will definitely go again hopefully when the grass is a bit drier.
The beer was good husband had that and cider was very good as well.
The meals were ok and the toilets and showers were very clean.

When our friends made a call 2 days before, the owners were concerned the camping field was a bit soggy and suggested we may need to pitch up on hardstanding area to prevent bogging down.
On arrival, this option turned out to be the pub overflow car park, with electric available from their events marquee. The area had several cars and vans parked; not a pleasant spot to camp in. We pitched campervan and connected electric and went for a walk along the river.
When our friends arrived, we discussed the options and checked the grass field, which did not appear too ‘soggy’ and decided to pitch normally, well away from the car park. We had the choice of the field, with EHU and water tap at each 2 pitches.
The facilities consist of one male and one female toilet (with small basin, not hot water during our stay) and very small separate shower room; standard cubicle with less than 2 foot lobby space (gents). Not wet rooms as advertised! The campsite has 26 marked EHU pitches around the edge, plus room for many more units in the middle of the field, so not enough toilets. And the facilities are effectively on the pub patio, so would have to walk through customers to access (but none sitting outside in March). One wash up sink, no hot water during our stay.
In summary; camping field OK, facilities not good enough and their location terrible. With a separate facilities block in the field this could be much better.
We paid £17. 50 + £10 EHU; relatively expensive for what is available.
