Please note that as of 2022 this site no longer has any touring or camping pitches.
It now only offers holiday homes and lodges for sale and rent.

Nice site in a great location sadly let down by the state of the shower block and toilets.
Owners were pleasant and greeted us upon arrival, the shop on site was open from 9-5 which means you really do need to stock up as there are no local amenities open late.
The toilets were often dirty with paper strewn across the floor though this is perhaps a reflection of the manners of the campers and a lack of staff.

Campsite is in a lovely area, it’s a 15 minute walk down the hill to the ferry over to fowey.
Campsite has a well priced shop for all the essentials,
Pitches are a good size and flat,
Only downside is the toilets and showers are very dated and could be cleaner and the clothes wash facilities could be better. 1x washing machine, 1x dryer which broke half way into the holiday is not enough considering the amount of pitches.

Good location in Fowey which is very picturesque, well maintained grounds at campsite with a shop on site for essentials.
We had a grass fully serviced pitch which was ideal, however the shower and toilet blocks are well below the standard of sites we stay at and in need of refurbishment and lack in cleanliness

Lovely quiet clean campsite which felt very secure.
Only a 10 minute walk down the hill for a short ferry ride into Fowey.
Friendly & helpful staff.
Useful campsite shop & enjoyed the pizzas from the van that visits once a week

Lovely campsite, good facilities, very friendly and helpful staff.
Showers and toilets clean however with current COVID 19 cleaning spray would be good to clean down sink after you have used it.
Also showers could be very busy with people waiting inside, numbers ideally should be limited.
Small shop with essential items and reasonably priced.
Great location for ferry to Fowey or boat slipway if boating.

We arrived to a warm welcome with a choice of pitches to chose, we drove around the site and chose the best one for us. The site is well laid out with spacious pitches, the shop is well stocked and showers and toilets clean.
The gents and ladies are full of posters of motorcycles which I love, I think the owner sponsored a team. Covid was around but the toilets and showers were cleaned a lot and there was wipes and spray on entry.
The town around a mile away down the hill is lovely Bodinnick with a pub the old ferry inn which we visited and had a meal good value. There’s a ferry across to Fowey and another to Polruan both beautiful towns with loads to see and do.
The ferry is more expensive as a foot passenger than with a car full of people, odd. Lantic bay is a national trust place and is not far away.
There’s walks all around the area, we had two dogs no walk on site but down by the boat yard there’s a lovely walk across the fields to Bondinnick.
Beautiful area the weather was lovely the whole time. Certainly return. We drove back to Lancashire on the hottest day of the year.
