After seeing some poor reviews on here I was sceptical however it’s lovely!
Quiet, good facilities.
Check in is easy, then you are left alone to enjoy the huge camping area.

Nice, flat and quiet site.
Helpful lady on arrival.
Reasonable facilities,
Toilets and showers kept clean but not overly warm.
Plenty of hot water for washing up at sinks.

The site was ok, nice and quiet and friendly atmosphere.
The negative is that there is only 1 toilet for everyone that needs it, including males and females.
Our friends also staying on the site with us were in a tent and needed the facilities as they had 2 young children with them, queuing up to use the toilet wasn't very good

Site was easy to find and very reasonably priced.
Pitches were large and not too close to each other.
Facilities wise, they were basic, but still usable. The best washing up and showers were attached to the farmhouse, which could be quite a walk from the far side of the site. Closer ones would be shipping containers converted to showers and toilets - basic but functional.
Everything was clean and in working order. I'd take the kids back here as the location was ideal.
The owner also acknowledged some upgrading of the facilities would help which it would, but it didn't ruin our stay.
If you want 5 star luxury this isn't the site for you but if you can deal with a basic shower (hot water is fine!) then you'll be fine here.

We booked 10 nights only stayed 3 nights
The site has gone down hill been a number of years
Pitches far to close to each other can hear everything everyone is saying
Used to have more space
Toilet block was rubbish on the sunset field
Showers rubbish had to que
Not enough facilities for the amount of people they were packing in
Just looked generally messy
No shop on site like there used to be
Not a very good experience
Will not return a lot of money for what it is now
Reception shut majority of the time

All good, nice location easy access of the A31.
The site is still being developed so should get even better as time passes.
The staff were very polite and accommodating.

Toilet and shower facilities were woeful.
No private area to dry yourself after showering, only in the shower cubicle itself and nowhere to put clothes - felt like being in school changing rooms.
Insufficient toilet and shower facilities for amount of pitches available.
No hot water for washing up dishes etc.
Grey water seems as though it goes into ditch.
Site was nice and tidy other than above.
A bit dodgy getting in and out of site, if you meet another car/caravan coming towards you, - one of you would have to reverse out of the way - not ideal - sure they could help sort this out better by creating a pull in area as you drive round to fields.
Very little contact with owners/staff but could give better instructions as to where to fill up water, disposal of grey water and chemical disposal - no arrival pack given which could include this info.

Liked: large area for children to play.
Ideal location for New Forest and beaches.
Disliked: Dirty toilets not cleaned, showers with poor pressure, either trickled with water or boiling hot. No hot water to clean dishes. Loud at night after 11.
