 Everything about this site is good, The staff work so hard to ensure everything is as good as it can be, seemingly working very long hours to achieve this.
We are Grandparents travelling with our 4 year old Granddaughter and our small dog.
The site is well laid out and the facilities are conveniently located, a shop and the swimming pool are well kept.
Site is situated well to visit attractions in the area, a well stocked information centre giving all the options.
Overall an 8/10 holiday, sadly the weather on our visit was not the best but a very enjoyable experience.

Love it! Very friendly site,
Quiet but as per the time of year,
Lovely swimming pool,
Walk to nearby pub,

I’ve just spent 2 nights at Shamba with my young son… we had an AMAZING time!
This is my second time staying there and we will be looking to go back as soon as the mud and puddles have gone!

Due to weather conditions I was impressed how thoughtful the warden was in checking all was ok.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
The facilities were clean and well set out.
Have booked to go again.

Staff friendly and helpful
Site clean and tidy
Swimming pool and clubhouse great. when fish and chip van did not turn up bar staff came to the rescue with app for local chippy

Out first time staying at this site. It is a clean site with good clean washing up, toilet and shower facilities.
Pitch size is a little small for our large tent and lack of green space for the children to play, meant we couldn't play the outdoor games we brought along.
There was a play area and it was lovely to have access to a family heated swimming pool. The clubhouse had entertainment but was no where near big enough for all the guests to be involved so we drank our drinks and went back to our tent.
The campsite is not far from the main dual carriage way and road noise is can be heard thro out the day and night.
I think if your just looking for somewhere to park up in a camper or caravan for a few days it will be ideal but for a family camping holiday we will be looking for somewhere more open with more access to local walks and scenery.

One of the Best places for tents.
We really enjoyed with facilities and staff.
Definitely recommend for everybody who are planning to have great time.

Fantastic welcome from all the staff, site is kept very clean and well maintained.
The club is small but adds to the atmosphere and the Saturday night entertainment was brilliant.
Pool was open which having children is a god send to keep the busy as the pay park is a little dated.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival and walked round with my Husband to find the best pitch after a lot of rain. We were on grass which given the amount of rain we'd had was in pretty good shape.
The roads on site do get rather muddy when wet but everything drains quickly.
The showers and toilets were very clean and warm, they even have a child size toilet in both Men's and Lady's.
We didn't use the swimming pool which looked very nice. The bar was only open Friday and Saturday night so wasn't used by us.
There is a small play area for children and an enclosed dog area which although small would still give your dog some off lead freedom for a game of fetch.
You do get distant road noise from the A31 but it didn't bother us. Nearest supermarket Sainsbury's is a 5 minute drive and there is a good selection of shops in Ferndown.

Not happy with the greeting
We got also very dirty toilets and showers so don't recommend it at all to any body
Also dog exercise area was not in any way big at all
