 A lovely quiet site, well looked after right on the locks.
Made to feel very welcome from Kevin + Tom.
Great if you like walking, looking forward to our next visit already.
Will be 10/10 once the new shower facilities are done

Excellent location by picturesque canal, however facilities need updating.
Overall, a reasonable place to pitch up and handy for Whitchurch town centre.

Wonderful quiet site. Beautifully kept by Kev and Tom.
Met by Kev who introduced us to the site and gave us all information.
Will definitely be visiting again.
Perhaps would benefit from another shower and toilet otherwise perfect for us

Lovely site, really friendly owner.
Only one shower but not really an issue as we used our own facilities onboard. Situated right next to the canal at the to of the staircase locks.
Shop at garage and pub over the road. Decent food and drinks, decent prices.
Great walks along the tow path. Easy walk into Whitchurch.
Would happily return of we're in the area.

Tranquil CL site right on the canal.
The grass now has a layer of plastic reinforced structure under it so like hardstanding with grass on top.
The loos and 1 shower a but dilapidated but do the job. Be better to make them both unisex to save the confusion with only a shower in ladies.
No washing up or moho driver over.
It's all about location- just sitting watching canal boats pass into and out of the locks.
At £20 a night with electric it's a total bargain and we plan to be back soon.

We have stayed here several times,
Good location and a nice small site that is in a nice position alongside the Llangollen canal.
Cafe and pub nearby and close to a garage that has a small shop.

The site is in a lovely location right next to the canal and from our pitch we had a fabulous view of all the narrow boats travelling up and down.
Very relaxed site. Allowed to pitch anyway you want. Good value at £20 per night including electric.
2 toilets but only one shower which is really not adequate
At least another one is required especially because of the configuration of them.
Would definitely return for the friendly welcome and the views

Lovely site and much quieter than I expected given how close it is to A41.
Will visit again as there is lots to do nearby.
Nice level pitches and water and electric all close by.

Small basic site by the canal.
Quiet, peaceful and calming. Simple, clean, non fussy toilets & shower.
This is my preferred type of site, no noise save for the odd chugging canal boat and the birds.
Pleasant guy (Kev) directed me to my pitch, explained the water & hook up points, then left me to it.
Lovely little site.
