Another fantastic weekend spent here! You just can't beat this place for a warm and friendly welcome. Constant hot water in the showers which although are basic they are exceptionally clean. A real gem of a site! Thanks again for a fantastic weekend!

We found this site to be very welcoming and friendly, we particularly liked the fact that the owners provided a fridge and freezer, tea and coffee making facilities and a TV in their reception area, which were all free to use. Graham was also more than happy to charge our mobile phone for us. The toilet facilities, whilst basic, were kept very clean but it was relatively quiet (thanks to the British weather) whilst we were there and one toilet and one shower could be a little limiting at peak times. The site is very tranquil and would provide a good base for making the most of the East Coast region. There was little in the immediate area and the closest shops were in either Sutton on Sea or Chapel St Leonards, which at most are a 10 minute drive away. The owners are very strict on the "6m rule" and if you don't abide by it you WILL be asked to move. The only "criticism" we would give is that we were asked to take our Gazebo down because East Lindsey DC apparently don't allow them. This is fair enough but perhaps this should be mentioned on the form that you fill in upon arrival or when booking, which would prevent any misunderstanding. We will definitely be using this site again and have already recommended it to friends.

A wonderful little camp site for all the family to enjoy. While the adults relax the children can enjoy feeding the sheep and pony riding. The washing and toilet facilities are basic but clean. The owners were friendly and very helpful providing all guests with access to a fridge and a freezer to keep your drinks and dairy products cool. There was also a T.V, board games and free hot drinks in the barn. A very enjoyable break for all ages to enjoy, we will certainly be back next year.

Gill and Graham gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. We had a great pitch with fantastic views of the country side. The toilet and shower block was not very modern but had plenty of character. It was very clean inside and always had plenty of toilet paper and hot water.
Graham told us the quickest route to the pubs "Red Lion" being the best for a pint as only 15 minutes walk from the camp site.
There is a lot of space for children to play and they would love all the animals on the farm. Whenever Gill and Graham saw us they always spoke and asked if everything was fine. 10 minutes down the road by car there is a fantastic clean beach with free parking, shops and a beach bar near by. The best camp site we have ever been on will definitely be back this year.

We stayed here last week, and found it to be a great little site with everything you need to hand.
The field was a good size for members and non members alike. The on site facilities were very basic but clean (1 shower for women and 1 for men.) The barn was also equiped with a microwave, free tea and coffee and freezer/fridge facilities.
The local pub (red lion) is roughly a mile away serves great food and a good pint, chapel st leonards is also a short drive away with lots of nice places to eat and drink with a fantastic CLEAN beach!
Overall this campsite is a great find and we will revisist many times!

Myself and my family came to this site in may and july , we come here regular as its a quiet site with no amusments near by. The site is Basic but thats all you need when you are going camping. Its located near Mablethorpe to Skegness road which you dont really hear the traffic. The site itself as one way in and the same way out so you know that your children are safe. The site owners are friendly and always there to help you. There is a reception area which is always open.

The facilities were very basic but clean. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was bad weather during our stay and some tents were damaged. The owners of the site checked on campers and left the reception open all night for anyone who needed facilities. The owners also respond promptly to emails and phone calls. The site would benefit from a dog walk as the road outside can be quite busy at times but we managed. Some local beaches also accept dogs all year. We intend to visit again next week.

This site is a well kept site. Very basic but all the facilities were clean and tidy. The chap who kept doing his rounds the guy with a pony tail was always on hand to answer your questions and let u know where all the nice little nooks and crannys were and where the best beaches were. The prices are very competetive although its a bit out of the way but very relaxing. There is a dog training school towards the back of the site which is handy if u got kids as it will keep them quiet for ages. When we was there the owner said they were modernising the site, we went on a bank holiday wweekend on the spur of the moment and were asked to move pitches as it was booked up but the guy was very helpful explainin that he was sorry to move us but as we had not pre-booked we could not really complain. We met a couple of really nice and friendly people on site and we shall be going back again tho this year hopefully.

Spent two nights here and really enjoyed the peace and quiet that you only experience on a small site. No clubs or shops = no disturbances. One shower each for male and female under refurbishment but water as hot as you can stand and no silly push on buttons that make it impossible to wash kids. Owners, dogs, horses, cats and cockerel all friendly. Yes. I did say cockerel, but that's what camping is all about - expect the unexpected at 5.40am! It gave us a laugh as it was stood at the side of our tent. Will definitely return.

This was our first camping trip. We have two children (6 and 4). The site was in a lovely position and although the facilities were basic they were very clean. The site owner was extremely warm and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The farm is situated within easy reach of the beach and shops and is in a lovely quiet location. We had a perfect stay here and can't wait to go back!
