Amazing place for us and our three dogs.
Site is well laid out immaculately kept and maintained. Clean facilities.
Honesty shop with most essentials and a few lovely luxuries from local sources including whiskey and ginger marmalade.
There are 4 fenced off meadows with mown tracks for exercising the four legged friends.
Jon was helpful and always cheerfully.
We will be back often
Thank you

Just had our longest break (10 nights) in years at this lovely site (had 7 nights here back in June). It's a quiet site in a nice area that's handy for Sutton on Sea and Chapel St. Leonards.
Have been coming to this area for years and after 2 other sites we used being bought out and turning corporate we discovered this site and have been using for at least 2 years.
A couple of good pub's for good beer and good food not far away (Red Lion and Axe and Cleaver) - both dog friendly (now lost our's) with a good restaurant 2. 5 miles away at Anderby Creek - Poppas; good fish and chips and on Sunday's a carvery.
Handy trust shop on site for essentials, ice cream and ice, with free wi-fi by the shop.
Toilets and showers always clean and adequate. Site owners very helpful and friendly.
Looking forward to another visit for a week in early October Can't offer any negatives.

Just got back home after our second visit this year to this lovely site, such a fabulous place to stay, nothing to dislike at all.
The showers and toilets are spotlessly clean and there is always plenty of hot water, its great to see the Llamas, sheep amd goats,
This site has a true country feel, the owners are great people for whom nothing is too much trouble, they work very hard to keep everything in tip top condition the pitches are very generous.
Plenty of room for van, awning and car, Also plenty of room for the dogs to have a run round off the lead on the exercise fields
We will certainly be going back and would recommend this lovely site to everyone.

We have had such a lovely time at captain bluebells, Jon greeted us when we arrived, made to feel very welcome.
There are 3 dog walking fields which our dogs loved, safe and secure with the added bonus of poo bags (just in case!) and poo bins and sanitisers on the posts.
Showers and toilets are very clean. Loved the showers.
There is a little shop with essentials, homemade Jams/ marmalades/ chutneys, which we purchased some of.
Absolutely 💯 recommend. Looking forward to returning 😀

This site has blown us away it is so peaceful, site is arranged with consideration.
Facilities are immaculately clean. You are surrounded by farmland and tranquillity not forgetting the Llamas, goats & sheep.
This was the most relaxing break we have had in years. Already booking for later this year and next.
The site has a small shop selling local produce, an electric car charging point, dog shower with warm water!
On arrival we were met by both owners and were made to feel really wanted. We were shown to our pitch and our great time commenced.
This site is an absolute gem.

Just returned home after spending THE most relaxing holiday. John & Sara were the perfect hosts, always had time to stop and chat.
The little shop was lovely, selling basics to homemade soaps, jams & jellies.
Lovely, secure fields for the dogs to have a runabout. Showers and toilets were really clean and loads of hot water.
Definitely be going again
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Perfect for dog lovers.
