April 2004 What a pleasent site, very peaceful. I camped for two days and enjoyed every moment. There is a small weir pool for fishing with only a few places to fish, the whole site is surrounded by a small river/stream hence 'Island Meadow'. The ground is soft (great for tent pegs) although you may have to dodge the duck/geese droppings as there are a few residential birds. The shop is small but amazingly stocked and the owners will bend over backwards to help. Toilet and washing facilities are small but very clean, ample for the size of the site. There are a few static caravans too, worth enquiring about. If you want a peaceful break in unspoilt surroundings, this is for you. (Apart from the Ducks and Geese).

May 2003 A lovely site which is well run and very friendly. With the added advantage of a good country pub within a short stumbling distance!
Nice clean facilities (free showers).
If you're after a relaxing break, this site is for you!

May 2003 We visited this campsite on a bank holiday at short notice. Lucky to get in and when we got there we realised why! Lovely location, close to a great pub..too close! Super, clean facilities and the owners were really friendly which set the tone for the whole campsite. Nothing was too much trouble. A shop on site provided anything and everything. We will be visiting again.

14/03/2003 just had a weekend stay down at this site, due to it been near enough for us to go to birmingham for the outdoor show. Lovely place pleasent surrondings, ammenities were nice and clean and warm owners really pleasent and always on hand to give you any information they can. The local pub and club were lovely child friendly and we were made to feel ever so welcome. we will definatly be visiting here again in the summer. only a small site but definatley worth a visit.

August 2001 We were at Island Meadow last summer for a fortnight. We live in West Lothian and my parents live in Leamington Spa. We were looking for a site in the Warwickshire area and came across this site while browsing the Internet. We found the site to peaceful and well kept. The family who own and run the site were very helpful when it came to the Aston Cantlow area. Advising of local walks for the dog and viaitor attractions throughout the area. Our two daughters and our Grandaughter loved the freedom to play in the center area of the site. We will definately return here at a future date.

We stayed on your site thelast week in August. It was our first time caravanning and we was very nervous because it was our first time towing, but the young man who took us to our pitch made us feel very welcome and help us to position our caravan. We had a lovely time on your site and we will definitely visit you again next season.
