Just returned from a week here, Fantastic site!, we were made to feel welcome on arrival, good size pitches, good location plenty of walks by river. The toilet and shower block. This site sets the standard for others to follow! always clean, very hot and high pressure showers, laundry area eggs, milk, bread and cakes available, freezer etc. The owners are on hand and very approachable. A real gem

We had a lovely stay in this clean adult only site. The showers are first class, best I have ever had on a caravan site, hot water, no buttons to press for more water, large shower heads with excellent pressure and underfloor heating. However there are 16 pitches and only 2 showers and 3 toilets with wash hand basins, no separate loo for ladies (which would be appreciated). Perhaps the underused sitting area could be made into a larger shower/loo area. Site is clean and we only saw Patrick on two occasions, once when he was cutting the lawns and once when we paid although we could have contacted them via their home which is on the grounds. One other thing is the waste areas are not signed so we had to guess until we found our way around. The area is lovely and the site is easily accessible with good walks and pleasant towns and villages within a short drive. Good eating places in Berwick upon Tweed and super walk around the walls. Would highly recommend this site to anyone visiting this area.

What a lovely little site this is - upon entering the site there is a board with your pitch number and your name on. Pitches are a generous size with plenty of room for your awning. There are two shower cubicles and three toilets, hairdryer and a hand dryer, the showers are AMAZING! HOT and powerful. There is a laundry room, which we didn't need to use and they provide small provisions such as eggs, bread, milk etc which I thought was a nice touch, there is a price list for these with an 'honesty' box at the side. They also had a range of books, magazines and Dvd's for you to borrow, which again I thought was a nice touch. They do have free wi-fi but cant get connection from your caravan, you have to be in the building where the facilities are to pick signal up but they do have a sofa there should you need to sit and browse your emails etc. Overall this is a lovely, little, quiet site which suited us perfectly and should we ever be up in that neck of the woods again then I would definitely book to stay there. - thank you Patrick & Nina

 Wonderful site.

Showers to die for, felt like you had been high pressure hosed down, hot water no matter what time you had shower.

Adult only and small amount of pitches.

Pitches were good size plenty of space for each one.

Water and electric handy for each pitch, waste and chemical points very handy.

Host was good and non intrusive to stay but very friendly when dealing with her.

Over all the location is outstanding for walks beach and centre of Berwick.

Will be back soon enjoyed that much.

Would recommend for a relaxing break of any length well worth the visit.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this campsite. I would say its one of the best sites we have ever stopped on. There wasn't a barrage of signs and rules, but everyone managed just fine using common sense. The site is quiet and very clean, with a nice layout. If you are looking for a site where there are good walks for the dogs, this is the place to go. Its a brilliant site and we will certainly be returning.

We camped with a tent, whereas most on site were caravans. If using a tent my tip would be to make sure you take rock pegs as we struggled to pitch as the ground was very hard.

Brilliant site, quiet, clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. If you need anything they are there to help but are not laying down the law with signs and rules. Everyone on site were all nice and considerate. As it an adult only site everyone got on with there own thing and it was mainly couples, the peace was heaven. Facilities were great never had to queue for toilets or showers. Brilliant to have a book swopping section and tv.

We went to some lovely places while we were in Berwick its worth going to lindisfarne, Paxton house and walking the walls around Berwick.

Please be aware that you can walk along the river bank to Berwick it's around 7 miles but if you go down the camp side of the river it tapers off to a very narrow path and you have to be extremely careful in one area as it is close to the banking I wouldn't say it's safe for dogs either. If you want to walk the other side of the river go over the bridge towards Paxton house look for a small gate to the right of the bridge. This walk is longer and we struggled a bit to follow the correct path and it took longer but was safer and ok for dogs. We got the taxi back which cost £10 but I felt I didn't want to do either walk back but we are not seasoned walkers and the walks took between 2 to 3 hours.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this site and felt we needed to share our views. This is a wonderful site, well laid out and very quiet, having only 16 pitches. The site is easily accessable from the A1, just follow the brown tourist signs to the Honey Farm, the site is next door. The pitches are a good size, most of them fully serviced with water and waste and it is only a short stroll to the bins, chemical disposal and amenities. The amenity block is housed in a converted out building and consists of a TV room, washing up area with microwave oven, showers (the best we have come across) and toilets. There is also an information area, books/magazines to borrow and necessary items to purchase such as eggs, milk, bread, home made cakes (yum yum), this is not a shop but is run with an honesty box. The owners are friendly and helpful, there is no reception area and don't worry about going to find them to pay they will find you. Overall a fantastic site, and wonderful area to explore.

The site is located close to the Union bridge which crosses the river tweed into Scotland. There is a 2 ton limit on the bridge with bollards at each end allowing cars only.

The site is very peaceful as it is situated in a rural setting away from main roads. The facilities are kept very clean. There are 3 toilets with sinks and there are 2 separate showers. I didn't have to wait to use the toilet or shower.

There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which can be used by inserting money into coin operated slots.

There is not a shop on site but there are eggs, bacon, milk, bread etc located in the facilities block and these are paid for by putting money into a honesty box.

Patrick and Nina will do everything to make your holiday enjoyable.

Hope to return next year

This is a little gem of a site, we have been twice to this park and found it very clean and well looked after. There is washing facilities and a few home made goodies which adds a special touch. It is not far off Berwick, a lovely little town, Seahouses and Bamborough. Will definitely return to this site.

What a beautiful site. We did encounter a problem getting to the site, as we approached from the north and could not get across the actual chainbridge, to reach the site, which was at the other side of the bridge. We had to back track and follow signs for the Honey Farm, which is next door to the site.

Each pitch is serviced with only a short walk to the facilities. The showers are the best we have used and the owners provide everything you could need, washers, dryers, washing up facilities, a small sitting area with books, television and radio. Providing free wi fi is a thoughtful touch. As there is no reception, we had to find the owner to pay, who was very friendly.

As expected on an adult only site, it was very peaceful.
