Lovely little site. Beautifully kept. Pitches are large level hardstandings with grass to the side.

Water and electric points on individual pitches. Decent free Wi-fi.

No facilities open this season due to COVID but we always use our own anyway. Plenty of disinfectant left at strategic points for your use.

A short walk to the river and bridge.

Highly recommended.

First time at Chainbridge caravan park was delighted by the quality of the site, toilets and showers and so peaceful.

A big thank you to nina and Patrick the owners, it was a pleasure and hope to return when open again when this crisis is over

Superb, quiet, adult only/dog friendly site that is well maintained and clean.

The 'facilities building' is probably the best we've seen on any small site - Nina & Patrick have supplied campers with a lovely on-site building that has various rooms housing a sitting area with tv & free WIFI, a kitchen area with microwave and 2 washing up sinks, washing machines & tumble dryer plus ironing facilities, 2 superb showers (not on an annoying timer or present tempreture) & with sliding glass doors so the dressing area stays dry and also has a chair to use so no slipping over getting dressed on one leg ! plus 3 separate toilets.

There are only 16 pitches and most (if not all l) have hook up and close to fresh water tap.

Nina (the owner) is friendly and on hand if needed. She has supplied plenty of touring literature inside the facilities building including a parking permit for visits in to Berwick (which has tons of free 24 hour parking sites including space for motorhome parking in the car park next to B&M).

Only downside was not knowing we needed to pay by cash but luckily we had just enough on us.

The site has great views and is next door to the Honey Farm with a really interesting exhibition, visible/working bee hive (glass display so you're protected), sales of honey etc and a fab cafe set in an old double decker bus offering a superb spread of cakes to have with your cuppa. Across the road is a lovely walk along the river for dogs & their humans (although a bit muddy in wet weather).

Superb stay which we wish had been longer.

Lovely quiet site. Very clean and tidy.

Showers and toilets very clean and just like you would have at home.

Good location only 5 minutes work from the banks of the river Tweed and only 4 miles into Berwick upon Tweed.

Stayed here for two nights whilst travelling round the area. Relatively small and beautifully kept site, pretty rockery on the left when entering. Nicely located with view overlooking river Tweed and Chain Bridge just opposite entrance.

Pleasant stroll down to riverside and bridge. The whole site and facilities kept in pristine condition by the hard working friendly owner Nina. Spacious pitches, tranquil and quite location.

All expectations exceeded, Owner has even provided a TV lounge and free wi fi which we were both pleased to use. Lots of interesting old farm machinery and vehicles next door at the honey farm, including two double decker buses one of which is converted to a café.

Would love to stay again if in the area.

Just such a pleasant site with free wifi & clean amenities, well kept grounds. Large pitches.

A stroll to the chain bridge which crosses to river tweet into Scotland. ,

You definitely need transport as it’s a bit remote,

The honey farm next door is well worth a visit.

We have just returned from this wonderful site. The facilities are among the best we have ever come across. Always spotlessly clean and well looked after. Having used the site in 2018 we returned this year and have booked again for next year.

It is a fantastic location and a great base for exploring the magnificent countryside around.

The site is quiet and friendly. Nina and Patrick are about if you need them, but not intrusive. Love this site.

We have just returned from a holiday at this quiet, peaceful adult only site and where do I begin? The roads in the area around the site are very quiet. The facilities are excellent with information table, laundry room and T. V. Room. Dishwash and veg prep sinks with a radio, microwave and kettle.

The showers are the best that we have come across and the whole area is spotlessly clean. We were on pitch no. 6 and had a large area of lawn to the side of our ‘van and I mean LAWN, not the scrappy patch of bare earth with some tufts of grass that you get on some sites, it really is like putting your unit in someone’s garden.

The site is handy for the A1 giving access to the sights up and down the coast and Edinburgh is only about an hour away by car. Nina and Patrick are available and helpful without being intrusive, they take a real pride in their site and it shows.

This is one of the few sites that are on our list of “places to visit again”
