 We only used this site for 2 nights the pitches are small for a larger van so making it difficult to manoeuvre onto the pitch. The entrance can also be awkward to get into.
The owners are very helpful, but the continuous droning noise from the potato farm behind the site gave us headaches.
It is a pretty and well thought out site and next years addition of a shower and toilet block will be a great advantage.
We went into Wisbech on a Saturday and found it very quite, but a visit to Peckover house was very worthwhile.

Management response: We have now constructed an earth bunding with some heavy landscaping along the boundary of our neighbouring potato stores. This has reduced the noise of these buildings by a further 50%.
The Toilet & Shower / Amienitys Block was completed on 28th Feb 2012. It incorporates 3 wetroom facilities, one of which is suitable for disabled use. The building has dissabled ramp access. There is a drying room a separate WC |

This site should stay secret. It is small,5 pitches each individually separated by shrubbery, and secluded. Unfortunately at present no shower block.
Close to Wisbech it is full of bird life and we saw 18 different species visit the bird feeders in one morning. There is also a TV hook up that has live feed from nest boxes.
Real ale drinkers, there are plans for an on site micro brewery so in future no need to seek out a pub.
The draw back is the near by potato storage plant and the hum of it's fans.
Otherwise keep it secret.
