Just come home after 4 days on this site what an absolutely fantastic place.
Owner couldn't be faulted at all.
All fully serviced pitches and very large.
The main tv ariel blew down in the strong winds but in no time at all he had fixed it.
Showers are 50p for 10 minutes but well worth it.
Fantastic walks around there and pub and hotel are dog friendly.
Lady at the Traddock hotel was really helpful giving us maps and telling us where to go for great cake (Elaines tea rooms).
And the food in the newly refurbished Game cock inn was fantastic.
We will be going again xx

We stayed here last week, and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Neil. He pointed out the hook ups and said that we could choose where we pitched. This was great as we were a party of 3 small motorhomes and we arranged ourselves in a you shape, looking out over the magnificent views. (This site has panoramic stunning views. ) It comprises of an area of hard standing and a huge grass field.
Once we were settled, we located the loos and showers - all very clean and well stocked. There was a box which sold their own free range eggs which tasted wonderful.
Orcaber Farm is only a mile from Austwick, which has a great pub and lovely little shop. It is a brilliant location for walking and cycling, which you can do without needing to drive anywhere.
We recommend it extremely highly and can't wait to return.

We have just come back from a week at Orcaber Farm, what a fantastic campsite. The owner is brilliant and very, very help full.
We booked literally 2 hours before we turned up after being let down by another campsite at the last minute, he let us chose our pitch as he had a few available.
The field is well set out and brilliant for the kids to play in while watched form our tent, the owner has even supplied football net.
The views of the Dales is spectacular and it is very peaceful.
The weather was shocking the weekend before we went and still the field was pretty dry and well drained.
The toilet and showers were spotless and kept on top all day.
It is a 5 minute drive to Settle which is lovely little village with many different places to eat or shop, and there are many attractions close by, I would highly recommend Ingelton Falls.
All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Absolutely glorious, neil was very welcoming on arrival! The site is large enough for plenty of families but with your own space! The toilet blocks and shower rooms are clean and spacious and are not far from whichever part of the field you are in!
A short walk (10 min) there is a lovely public house and in the immediate area the farm is a nice evening walk around.
The main road leads to all manner of villages and towns including skipton, Kendal and ingleton.
Would definitely stay again!

This is the nicest site we have ever stayed on. It is very reasonably priced and within easy access of local towns and attractions. The owners are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The site is clean, well managed and maintained to the highest of standards. The pitches are very well spaced out, being a small site makes this perfect for those seeking a quiet countryside retreat. Having said that, there is plenty of space for children to play. There is even a special 'dog walk'.
The showers, toilets and washing up facilities are all kept spotlessly clean.
We couldn't find any fault with this site and will definitely be returning again.

Very easy to get to - just off the A65 and down a lane for half a mile. Spacious, level grass pitches, some with electric hook up, all with glorious views.
The shower, toilet and dishwashing block is spotless. I particularly liked the women's cubicles containing a toilet and sink with mirror and instant hot water, which allows for privacy and comfort! The showers cost 50p for 10 minutes of hot water - well worth it, especially as the site fees themselves are very reasonable compared to many campsites offering a similar level of facilities.
There is free use of a freezer to top up ice packs, a hairdryer and ample information on leisure activities in the area.
Dogs must be kept on a lead on the site, but across the lane there's a huge, secure dogwalk where your pooch can let off steam racing round a level track.
Children (and indeed adults) can play ball games freely in the centre of the site. There was even a football net provided.
This is a working farm with foals and lambs in the surrounding fields, and the farm's chickens provide fresh eggs which you can buy for £1. 20 a half dozen (as of mid August 2016).
Drinking water, waste water and chemical toilet facilities are easily accessible.
In general this is a very quiet and peaceful site, although at the time of our visit the noise from a rally half a mile away was annoying. However, this was nothing to do with Orcaber and is a very rare occurrence.
The nearest village is the delightfully quaint Austwick. It is 1. 2 miles away - a brisk 20 minute walk down a pleasant single track lane. If going by car I would suggest turning left out of Orcaber Lane for about 100 metres then turning right where signposted on to a wider lane towards Austwick. This avoids a white knuckle lengthy reversing procedure when meeting a tractor! The village has a general store and post office, a great pub and a church.
The warden, Neil, is attentive, helpful, friendly and obliging.
We will be visiting this campsite again and again as it is so close to the wonderful 3 Peaks, Ingleton Waterfalls and many other features of the Yorkshire Dales and Fiorest of Bowland.

Last minute decision to go away in our caravan. Easy to book through their website.
Access to the site is easy, the first entrance is for caravans and motorhomes and takes twelve well spaced out units. The second entrance is to a large field for tents and there were some motor homes here as well. There is a large area for children to play in with goal posts at the far end.
Until we looked closely it was not obvious that the toilet facilities are in a shipping containers, so well had it been fitted out and clad on the outside.
The owner is constantly looking to make improvements and is very welcoming. Inside the shower unit he has fitted display racks containing details of walks in the area.
We wish that we had found this site a long time ago and we will return.

Site is fab - easy to find, with level pitches that are generously sized. You get a really friendly helpful welcome. Site has great views and great shower/toilet/washing up facilities - fresh eggs on sale too. Looking forward to going back - highly recommend.

We have been to this site 3 times now and the owner is very helpful and friendly, the site is ideal for walking and cycling in a beautiful location. The toilets and shower block are always in immaculate condition. The TV signal is bad but some pitches have TV points, I personally use a portable satellite receiver. I don’t think the site is overpriced considering the quality on the facility’s the shower could possibly be free rather than 50p but electric is included in the price.
I do not hesitate in recommending this caravan site to anyone as its definitely one of the best we have visited.
