Nice clean site with lovely views. Facilities are great, the 50p showers are worth it for 10mins of hot water and no repeated pressing of a push button.
Plenty of room for you stuff. We had an EHU pitch which had loads of space for the kids to play, as did the main field.
Segregated dog exercise field was good (but why do some dog owners not pick up their mess?! If the site can dedicate space, do your bit by picking up your sh!t!)
Although the signposted river/dog walk involved crossing a pretty busy main road which felt a bit dangerous with kids. Nice pub in Clapham made it worthwhile.
Pizzas/burgers available on site on Saturday if ordered in advance.

We have a car camper and stayed here for two nights in June 2024. A fab campsite with stunning views all around the site.
Friendly and helpful staff and probably the best toilet/showers of any campsite I’ve stayed on.
Great location for the Trough of Bowland, Settle and the southern lakes.
It’s quite a busy site with lots of family activity so just beware it’s not a quiet site. It never bothered us even when we were woken at 2am with someone arguing and we will definitely be back.

The site was very clean and very roomy.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, liked the idea that we had our own water point and waste point.
Also liked the background radio playing in the toilet block.
Lovely scenic views of the hills surrounding this camp site very quiet and relaxing.

Stayed at this site several years ago when it was just being developed. Delighted to say that the owners have made a great job with the site and the facilities.
Well stocked shop/reception spacious and spotlessly clean toilet and shower facilities and lovely flat, well maintained grass pitches with electric and non electric hook up plus friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely views across open countryside and 20-30 minutes walk into Austwick which is a delightful village.
Good location for a variety of walks or for visiting the nearby villages and towns.

1st visit to this site, very good facilities and location with numerous walks,
Very helpful and friendly welcome,
Only down side was trying to get the tent pegs in, due to the dry spell we have had ground was as hard as rock, luckily I had some very good pegs with me.
Would go again most definitely

Lovely site. Was very busy due to gorgeous weather, but still had room. Football area in middle for kids to play.
Good new toilet/shower facilities. 50p per shower, , but lasts 10 mins which I think is v. Fair.
Well stocked shop. Which does pizza on Saturday night looked very nice.
In good area to visit settle, Kirkby longsdale etc.
Deffo be returning in future.

A lovely very well cared for site.
Great facilities, very, very clean but if the site was full I'm not sure there would be enough.
Even with both blocks open.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Fabulous site with generous sized pitches, great facilities and all round views.
We used it as a base to go walking in the Yorkshire Dales and to explore the Settle /Carlisle railway.
Fabulous pub serving great food within 20 minutes walk.
