Lovely campsite. We visited with friends who have used the site often. Found a spacious field surrounded by trees, with a fabulous children's play area in the middle, a skateboarders half pipe proved to be the most popular feature with the all the kids.
Toilet/shower block was basic but clean, and showers were push button, but plenty of hot water and free.
Great on site shop with everything you could need and very friendly staff. Chip van appeared Saturday night, but sadly did not get to sample their wares, ice cream van also turned up another thing the kids loved!
The site appeared to be very popular with families and this meant early mornings as many of this kids seem to wake up and go to play at first light, including ours.
Over all lovely site, good value, would visit again.

We have just returned from our second stay at this site and loved it. We had a few issues with a large noisy drunken crowd but this was dealt with first thing in the morning by the staff and all were asked to leave. This is a great site especially for the kids. Fantastic park area, the staff are lovely, chip van on sat night, well stocked shop and clean toilet block. The only thing I would say is when it is busy having only 4 toilets is a pain. Add more toilets and this site would get A** from me!

We used this site as a 'trial run' for our then recently acquired trailer tent.
The site is on a farm, but is of a high standard. The two fields were immaculate, and have recently been planted around.
There is a reasonably sized children's play area which the kids thoroughly enjoyed.
The toilets and showers look very modern and work extremely well - they were kept extremely clean throughout our stay.
There is a shop on site which has all the essentials, and the bakery goods are a delight.
The site is family run, and a warm greeting was received.
The kids made so many friends we didn't leave the site at all during our long weekend!
The site is big enough to allow units to be really spread out off-peak, but I imagine it could get a bit noisy on peak weekends.
We have no complaints whatsoever about this lovely family campsite, and we will return for many a weekend break I'm sure!

Just returned from a two night stay at this wonderful site. We checked in at the very well stocked village store and then were shown out onto the large camping field by a very friendly lady who told us to pitch wherever we wanted as the field was virtually empty this suited us down to the ground. Our two yr old loved the swings and big shoe with slide and had a great time racing to the picnic benches and back again. On our second day we headed out to a soft play centre in Bedford and passed a sign for a Butterfly Farm we will have to pay a visit to this next time we stay. The facilities were nice clean and tidy and as mentioned before the shop has an excellent stock of pretty much anything you would need for your stay a proper little village store selling local produce and all manner of other things including a small camping section with some essential items. We will be sure to return to this site and would feel happy recommending it to friends or family. Top marks to Top End Farm.

Stayed here as a last minute idea and it was a brilliant site, absolutely perfect if you have a young family.
Lots of room to play ball games etc as you camp around the edge of a really large field, fabulous play area with climbing frames, swings and giant boot. There was also a skate ramp, but most of the kids were just sitting on it. Seemed like most of the children knew each other, or maybe just made friends quickly.
Its very open and not what I'd call a pretty site, but totally practical with children.
Toilets and showers were modern and exceptionally clean, bit of a trek if camping at the far end of the field so I was glad we brought our bikes.
Great well-stocked shop on site, didn't take the micky with prices and you could get pretty much everything. Nice and relaxed booking in.
We drove to Graffam Waters, about 5 miles away. Three of us had bikes so we hired one for my oldest and it was very reasonable at under £8 for 3hours. A great day out, we parked up and had lunch in the car park (joys of a campervan!). There was a manmade beach there so you can have a paddle too.
Absolutely recommend this site, we realy enjoyed our two nights, felt like we'd been away for a week it was so relaxing. Perfect if you have kids, but I wouldn't probably go it I didn't.
Fantastic value for money, as we only paid £10per night for the four of us.

We have recently had our second stay at Top End Farm and absolutely love it. Our first visit was to try out our newly purchased caravan and we enjoyed it so much we have been back. It is conveniently close to our home for us to be able to stay at short notice with the minimum of travelling.
Our children spent all their time at the play area making friends. We were able to watch them from our pitch, so they felt that they had a little freedom.
The toilets were kept very clean and the showers were nice and hot and a good size. They were also free. There is also a good washing up area and elsan point.
The shop is very well stocked and reasonably priced. It has everything that you might need and a great deal of local produce. They also have DVDs for rent.
There is no club house, but that did not really matter to us for our stay. St Neots is only a short drive away should you want to go out or there is a pub in Little Staughton.
The pitches are nice and open, a good size and kept in very good order. We were given a choice of pitches on our arrival.
We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend the site to anyone, especially those with children.

Just me and the two grandsons, manage the tent thanks to Kai, Damian was having none of it says he was there to camp
Pitched were ever we wanted, so the boys picked the furthest point away
Had some pies from the shop delish, kids love this site huge open space
Not far from St Neots and Bedford which I drove through trying to find a garden centre and got lost

1st time to visit this campsite. A great find and very welcoming staff. The field area is nice and flat so not looking to see which way to pitch for best levels. Nice open space around all areas, plenty of room to set up. Site shop has all you will need to get through a visit and plenty of bits for the kids. The toilet facilities are clean and were not too busy when you worked out the best times to visit for a shower.
The washing room was clean and tidy but was lacking in hot water due to a problem with supply, but notices explained it was been looked into. Idea to be ready to boil a pot/kettle of water just in case.
It was a busy weekend when we visited but the noise from others and children was not noticed due to space around pitches.
Only down side for the weekend was that it was a bit windy with little shelter if you were pitched anywhere not around the side of the feild.
Overall a good site for all to use at good prices that give value for money. Will be visiting again soon.

We stayed here for a weekend. There was not a problem with us arriving a little late, the owner was very helpful.
We did feel the pitches were quite close together and the site could possibly benefit from a few more dividing hedges to soften the noise we all make and give a little more privacy. Had someone come in on the pitch next to ours, it would have been rather cramped, especially when the field is huge!
The skate board half pipe seemed a favourite with the kids. The facilities are ok.
The shop is well stocked. There are some lovely walks across the fields from the farm. Good value for money.

Great little site, nice to pitch where you like. It was busy but still seemed spacious. Nice chip van Saturday night. Only whinge was the toilet block was a bit tired/dirty but to be fair its only a minor gripe. Will still be back again though for another short stay. Childrens play area was a bonus for tiring the little ones all out. Pitching area was lovely grass and nice and flat which was great.
