Just came back from our second vist to Top End Farm, the first was good but the second vist was really good, the hosts are so friendly you couldnt ask for better. The field is so spacious, the toilet and showers are basic but are good enough to use. We will be definately be going back with friends next time , if you are unsure about going here dont be.

We got too this site after a disastrous visit to a pub site in Bedford. The welcome we got could not have been better, we were given all the help we needed including an electric hook up as we had no other means of power, not having given my van the check it should have had before we went away. The owners were very helpful and friendly at all times. The local pub served some excellent food and at a reasonable price.
The on site services were very clean and well maintained although there were no washing up facilities there was every thing else. Two very good showers and waste disposal points. Perhaps more toilets would be an asset but I'm sure this is all in hand as the site expands. The playground was in use at this time and again good fun for my 3 year old grandson. We would certainly recommend this site to one and all for the cleanliness, riendliness and sincere wish to make your visit a memorable one.

After reading the reviews I was a bit wary of the toilets as we have a two year old but they could not have been cleaner! The shower was in the disabled toilet and is coin operated (taking only 20p) and were spotless throughout the day! The toilet block is floodlit at night which was fab and the owners sorted any problems out quickly (even when my caravan sink blocked!) and nothing seemed a problem to them (if your hook up isn't long enough, they are happy to lend you longer ones) even though we were new to caravanning and asked 100 questions! There was a newly refurbished play area and huge field for ball games, nice hardstanding and well stocked shop. I am definitely going back and didn't mind washing up my dishes in the caravan...that's what the sink is for! 10/10 can't wait to go back!

We spent 2 nights here for August Bank Holiday weekend. On arrival, we found everyone very helpful and friendly. There is a huge open field for kids to play football etc. A childrens play area has just been installed, although wasn't usable on our visit as they are waiting, we believe, for Health & Safety checks before opening it.
Toilets were basic, and there are only 2 showers, but they were clean and adequate. Talking to people who visit regularly, it appears the site is expanding, and they could do with some more toilets and showers as there was a queue in the mornings. The shop is well stocked, and the children were welcomed. We had a wonderful weekend, and will definitely go again.

We booked a last minute weekend here with a group of friends and had a great time. The rally field is large and very well maintained, with ample space for rounders and other games. However, the toilet and shower facilities were pretty grim and there was nowhere to wash up. This did not spoil our weekend , but I would not want to stay longer than a couple of nights because of this. Most pitches were taken by caravans, so they probably weren't affected as they probably had their own facilities 'on board'. The site is situated in the middle of nowhere, so you would need a car to go anywhere. However, it was very relaxing and peaceful and we would definitely return.
