With its beautiful location right on the coastal path and its quiet, laid-back atmosphere, this site suited us perfectly.

Owners are lovely and take great care of the site, ensuring there are no noisy groups.

Liked: Delightfully spacious, with marvellous view down the valley. Clean toilet /shower block, with water set at just the right temperature. Copious birdsong and butterflies all day long.

Scenic stroll to beach.

Very useful freezer and fridge provided in the "wet-barn". Very friendly and helpful staff.

Dislike: Faintly audible flare from the oil refinery, which burned 24 hours.

If we camped on upper part of field, flare would also have been visible. It would have been nice to have been offered a choice of field in which to pitch, as the other field (Green Field) is nearer beach and toilets.

Brilliant site a few moments from the beach and about a mile from the nearest pub (also very nice!)

The owners were very kind and accommodating with advice.

Also very close to coastal path which makes all the difference at the end of a long hike -

Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

Normally would like a warmer shower but given the heat it was gloriously refreshing! Thanks again :)

Such a wonderful campsite - basic facilities, but everything you need and in such a perfect area of the coastline for walks, swims and exploring.

We loved that you could walk down to the beautiful beach in minutes, and that the camping field felt spacious and not over crowded even though it was fully booked.

We'll definitely be back.

Fabulous site with stunning views + spacious pitches. Well maintained, clean + Covid friendly.

Staff helpful + friendly happy to provide any info about the site, surrounding areas, taxis, pubs + restaurants.

Highly recommend to all.

Beautiful unrivalled spot, with sea view and close to a beautiful beach and the Stackpole estate and lily ponds.

My only criticism is that whilst I know its meant to be back to basics camping, I did think for the price, that toilet paper could be put in the toilet block and a soap dispenser installed and maybe a solar panel put on the shower so there is some chance someone might be able to get a hot shower(felt sorry for the walkers turning up in the cold and rain after walking all day).

We did seem to have paid more than other people in similar vehicle for our pitch but we should have tried to resolve that with the owners whilst there.

But great site and we would definitely visit again.

Fantastic site! Simple, with no EHU and only cold showers, but makes for a nice, safe and peaceful getaway if you have young children.

Noise and fire restrictions after 10:30 were very welcome, so that my little one could get some well needed rest after a busy day exploring the trails nearby.

Lovely owners, amazing sea views and with the national trust site and beach accessible from the campgrounds there wasn't more we could ask for!

Nice large field. Lots of room and a super location if you like it quiet. Best to pitch on the opposite side to the carpark over the boundary to avoid noise from car door slamming etc. Nice friendly owners.

Fantastic beach just a short walk away. (so you save on carparking fees) and nice walks (short or long) from the site.

Only down side is the narrow 1 mile access road, but passable with care at low speed if towing a caravan and possibly a little too isolated for some if you run out of milk etc.

Always a delight to be on your site. The simplistic nature of the facilities is no hardship.

The access to the sea is absolutely perfect for the able bodied as are the beautiful walks.

The Flowers this June seem more amazing than ever. We have been using the Trefalen Farm site since the children were little and hope to do so for many years to come.

Perhaps an earlier booking would enable us to park up in the lower field?

Lovely campsite in a beautiful location - Broad Haven beach is right next door as well as St Govan’s Chapel and Barafundle Bay only a 20/30 walk in either direction along the coast.

Hosts were welcoming and regularly monitored the site during our stay.

Toilet/shower block was pretty standard for a campsite. No facilities were provided including no hand soap or sanitizer which was disappointing considering we’re still in the middle of a pandemic.

The cleanliness could definitely be improved too… we ended up using the National Trust toilets a few times instead
