It was a lovely site, clean.
Nice view of the sea
No noise
We were self sufficient so we only needed water.
Electricity would have been nice but we had solar power, so it wasn't a problem
The beach was nearby and it was beautiful, there were many lovely walks to go on.
I cant wait to go back

Lovely peaceful site. Short walk to a beautiful beach and to link up with the Pembroke coastal path.
Will definitely be back.
Not all facilities open due to Covid but we are self sufficient so no problems.

This is a quiet site a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach of South Haven.
The toilet and shower facilities were closed due to Covid-19 during our visit, but the National Trust toilets were open in the carpark next door. I gather the site facilities are very basic when they are open.
There are steps down to the beach, but we carried our kayaks down without too much difficulty. Carrying them up the steep soft sand was hard work and we stopped for a couple of rests. The kayaking was great with lots of local coves to explore.
There is a good pub and a cafe at Bosherston which are about 3/4 mile away by road or about a mile if you walk through the beautiful lily ponds.
This is a great spot for relaxing or exploring the stunning local scenery.

Lovely to visit again despite the best efforts of Storms Ellen & Francis.
Beautiful setting and traditional basic camping. Marcia & Lawrence are fantastic and attentive hosts going above and beyond to make sure their guests are okay.
Thanks for the tow out in the middle of a monsoon as well.

Excitement was a understatement we Marcia quickly responded to us being able to stay at there beautiful site at high season. It seems the previous weather front moved tents on which allowed us with a carvan an oppertunty for a last minuet get away in the in-laws carvan.
Both Marcia and Laurence where excellent guardians of the site. It is a very special location and rightly only deserves those who display such graciousness for where they are to respect the land and others who enjoy it.
It provided relief that both Marcia and Laurence toured the site regularly and maintained a peaceful and clean atmosphere.
This as a young family was an utter safeguard.
The coastal walks both left and right where amazing. St govens to the right and lilly ponds to the left and barafundle a bit further left.
The welsh green arch was easily accessible and the sea was majestic. Especially with the moon! The evening where just as beautiful as the days.
Bad weather we had for one day which for ones moving on was a little difficult parked at the lower end of the top field but soon rectified with Laurance 4x4. Which added excitement to the boys visit.
The waste and water systems where easy on site. With reminders for hygine at all times in these areas.
I would rate this a fantastic stay for the speediness of the hosts, site security and location a 10/10.
We did have some anticipation with such long rig leaving site on a bank holiday monday along the small lane leading to the main road but all we met were at easy passable spots and patient.
Thank you Marcia and Laurence for allowing us to share something which is so precious

We love this campsite. We had a windy few days due to Storm Francis but Lawrence and Marcia were incredibly helpful.
It's an amazing location with friendly, helpful hosts.
We'll be back.

Nice and simple no frills site. Only 5 mins from fresh west. Good value for money.
Chickens were very amusing. Lots of flat pitches. Needs a few more electric hookups

Brilliant site! Ideal location for the beaches, St Govans Chapel, the mill ponds and the green arch!
We really enjoyed our stay and the protocols in place for Covid made us feel really safe. The owners were very communicative and helpful from when we booked till we left.
Will definitely be back!
