Nicely set around the lake/pond. Enjoyed the fire pits and toasting marshmallows. No pub to walk to but close proximity to Tenby in the car.
Had better facilities but they were fine. It was annoying we had to pay £5 per black bin bag of rubbish but I understand this is just whilst Covid is around.
Overall it was good.

We love this campsite, it's location and atmosphere are perfect for our family. Yes, it is very basic and quiet - but that makes it idyllic.
The fact you can be on the beach after a 3 minute walk makes it a magical spot to stay.
There are 'house rules' which might not suit others, but they serve to keep this site they way it always has been.

Stunning location and views, spoilt by strong winds and rain which cut our stay short.
Only stayed 1 night and paid for 4, had awning in front of van looking out to sea, big mistake, when weather turned had to pack up before awning took off. Novices. Will check weather closely next time, book for shorter stay and extend and park differently.
Novices learning quickly.

Fabulous hosts,
Fabulous spot above a beautiful beach.
And fabulous respectful camper neighbours. What more could we ask for?
So nice to see people enjoying the basics
In life with no electricity, shower and toilet block closed due to C19 but still peeps quietly enjoying their holibobs.
Every evening we enjoyed a walk around the peaceful Lily ponds direct from the beach and then peace continued back on site with quiet respect from other campers due to the encouragement from the owners.
A real privilege to stay here.
Can’ t wait to return.
Many thanks Marcia and Lawrence

Absolutely fantastic! Lovely campsite, close to a beautiful beach.
The owners are very accommodating and fair, going out of their way to help.
Perfect place to stay if you want a quiet well run campsite. Perfect for young families.

Marcia replied with a very kind, considerate, helpful message to say Trefalen are full until August this year though have a sister site, Parke Farm, Merrion, which would be able to accommodate for a minimum of three nights.
She couldn’t have been more helpful.

Possibly the best placed campsite in the world!Short walk to the beach, amazing views, stunning scenery.
Right in the middle of loads of action; swimming, snorkeling, surfing, climbing, cycling. Great site too. Basic facilities, but that keeps the luxury rowdy campers away.
Quiet at night. Pefect for families. Expensive for what you get in terms of facilities, but a bargain based on location! (you won't ever have to pay to park or even move your car!)

We've been coming to Trefalen for years and love it!
This year was different in that Covid regs meant that we needed to bring our own chem toilet and the washing/shower facilities were not open but otherwise,
The same beautiful location and amazing beaches within minutes of your camp bed.
It is a basic site which is kept family friendly and quiet by a vigilant farmer and his wife who live next to the fields.

Despite the field being saturated with rain, and most Campsites closed, the owners were very welcoming and gave me a pitch at reduced price.
Site is in a great location, right next to the beach and walking distance from pub at Bosherston
