Excellent site. Everywhere really clean & well kept & the 1st week of our hols was school holidays (the site was full) & there were no queues for the toilets or showers. There is a family bathroom which costs £1.50 a day for the duration of your holiday. Well worth it for a bath & keep the little ones in one place! A nice touch would be to have soap in them as they have in the main shower blocks(but just being picky) The takeaway & pub food is excellent. A limited menu but its better to have quality rather than quantity. Good play park for the children & they were refurbishing it ready for the main season. Husband enjoyed the fishing. Its rather a steep walk back up from the pond but it kept us fit! Enjoyed the woodland walks but alas there were not many pixes to be seen! In summary Great area to visit & would definitely go back to wooda Farm.

Stayed at this site due to the glowing references on this website. The site is well maintained and laid out. The showers are hot and free. As my profile states i'm new to this camping lark, I havent camped since I was about 9 in my parents back garden! This site is a lot better than the back garden, my 22mth old daughter loved the play area with the tractor and swings and slide, we had to pretty much bribe or drag her back to the tent, The walk round the pond is nice, and the grass on the pitch and putt is well maintained. Although the site was quiet and we were just about the only tent we decided to pay the £1.50 per night for the family bathrooms, they are great and well worth the small price and I imagine that in peak times they would be fantastic as you wouldnt have to wait for a shower, plus you have the option of having a nice relaxing bath. The only thing missing in the family bathrooms though is a soap dispenser and hand/hair dryer. This meant having to go to the adjoined block to dry your hair after you have showered/bathed. I would imagine that in peak times the site would have traffic problems as there is only a very narrow bit of tarmac between the fields and if you encountered another vehicle it would be hard to pass, this is only a small possible gripe to an otherwise spotless well thought out site. The onsite takeaway is ideal if you cant be bothered to cook a meal and the restraunt although undergoing work when we were there looked very nice. The pick your pitch idea is nice we had e49 which was an electric pitch on the end of a field, it had a hedge running behind it which offered protection from the wind and it was flat, spacious and was close to the water and refuse points. The pitches are marked out but I do think that during peak times the pitches on the main square fields would be congested. So long as you booked early and picked your pitch as we did then you would have no problems. The shop was well stocked and the staff friendly. The reception area has plenty of information leaflets on places to vist come rain or shine. The site is ideally situated for exloring Devon as well as Cornwall. I would have no problem going back but would avoid peak times, the views from the site are nice with rolling hills and sea views. All in all a great site and I now have the camping bug.

Just got back after spending Whitsun w/e at this lovely site. Pitched up on Saturday which was a nice sunny day but forecast for Sunday was gale force winds and rain. Made sure pegs were in at 45 degrees and guys were secure. For once the weatherman got it right and the Vango got it's most severe test so far and after a night of rocking and rolling we're glad to say came through unscathed. The scene in the morning was like something akin to Beirut with tables, chairs and wind breaks having yielded to the elements. One unfortunate Argos tent had been reduced to a crumpled heap with broken poles. Rain persisted all day on Sunday but we made the most of it with visits to Bude and Boscastle. We sampled the local wares in the on site bar in the evening. The weather improved and the kids loved the pixie woodland walk. We would recommend this site to anyone, the shower/toilet blocks are first class. We feel the extreme weather was a liberating experience and we are ready for anything now!

This was our first ever camping holiday so we wasn't quite sure what to expect. However, I'm pleased to say that we were extremely impressed with this site. We chose a premier pitch which had electric hook-up and water. The pitch was hedged on either side giving privacy and was a very good size. The shower/toilet block was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern. The on-site take-away is good value for money and there is also a shop for all your needs. There is a huge dog excersise area plus wooded walks on site. The whole site is well planned and run. We only booked 3 nights here but wish we had booked more. We would definitely camp here again.

Just arrived home from a weeks stay at Wooda Farm. Site was extremely clean, we stayed in a 'brand new static' (as we booked this before buying our tourer), but we checked out the facilities for touring, they were fantastic and very clean!
Sea views were a little further away than expected but this wouldn't put us off booking again. Play park was a little further away than we are used to, having 4 young children having a small road to cross was a worry which meant we had to accompany them at all times. But the farm did put on tractor rides, and an Easter egg hunt for free and the children loved this. Overall very clean, quiet, and we would recommend this site to everyone.

Fantastic site - great to just get away from it all. Nice and quiet, very peaceful and fantastic views across Bude bay! Only went for a weekend, but going back this year for a week! Recommend it to anyone. The pub on site is great, but the lane leading down to it is a little dark - so take a torch! Showers and Toilet block very clean and hot! Only drawback is the ice-blocks. Have to pay each time you want a frozen one! Cant put your own in to refreeze!. Great for kids and adults! Well worth a visit! :-)

What a great site, don't know where to start, very well cared for park, great facilities, nice wide open spaces and very generous pitches, we had a electric hook up for the first time in our tent what a difference it made, the staff are very friendly and helpful, bar and restaurant were very good with great food at reasonable prices. The toilets were very clean and the showers had plenty of hot water a joy to use, I cant find anything to fault this park, I have worked on a holiday park for 24 years so I know a good one when I see it, my only wish was that the restaurant served breakfast so I could have saved the trip into Bude each morning ( the wife don't cook on holiday ) Will visit again highly recommended.

Just returned from this site after an eight night stay. We stopped in the overflow field which was reasonably close to the toilet and washing facilities. Showers were free and hot and despite it being a busy site, no problems with queues. All facilities very clean at all times. We would visit this site again without any hesitation.

Had a lovely week at this site, cant recommend it highly enough. Was pitched in the overflow field which is slightly further from the excellent facilities but that does not matter .There is more space in the overflow, the touring pitches though very nice looked a little cramped. If taking young kids this site is perfect, no naff cabaret or discos but great spaces and playground, wood walks and animals. The family bathrooms are £1.50 /day of your visit and well worth the investment for a lovely hot bath and very little queueing even at the busiest time of year!. Bude is a lovely town check out Pengallys pasties,Sandymouth beach and Bay View Inn

What an excellent site, facilities second to none,on site pub/restaurants catering for all,the family with kids(not us)and the likes of us who like to sit in quiet. An ideal spot for discovering the area, not too far to some glorious beaches, and a good walk into town, although not for those with walking difficulties!
