 Just come back from a lovely weekend at this great site. It has just been taken over by a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome.
The toilets are very modern done out in stainless steel and very very clean. The site is very secure completely fenced in but with the surrounding trees it does not seem at all hemmed in.
The site backs directly onto the beach our dogs loved it, there is also a cycle track and a miniature railway that goes directly into cleethorpes.
Across the road is a multi screen cinema,bowling alley and an indoor children's play area. There is also discount shops and fast food outlets down the road is a large indoor swimming pool. We found that we didn't need the car at all,
Although when you are on site you feel completely away from all these and it is very peaceful.
We will be back to this great site

Excellent site that had recently opened (August 08), very well appointed with spotless toilet / shower block, family shower room, disabled facilities, washing up area, waste bins, recycle bins (very eco friendly).
The site is within walking distance of a whole host of activities and eateries with a miniature steam railway station next door which takes you along the sea front into Cleethorpes.
Very well run site, friendly and helpful warden who was permanently on site.
I will be returning next year but I think I will have to book early as I can see this site becoming very popular due to its location and amenities. Well priced too. !

What can I say this site is a little gem as we have never camped at Cleethorpes. This site is clean and tidy. Toilets are spotless and shiny .And the owners could not do enough to make you feel welcome and safe and peaceful. Brilliant location never knew there is a lot to do in Cleethorpes never had to drive once, very flat. Miniature train next door with a very ,very small pub which looks nice. Hop on train to see the ducks and wildlife or row a boat or go town centre. Plenty do left or right out of site and beach behind you. Theme park not far , a 2 min walk and if you walk to a near carpark you see foxes which was nice. Lots of food places and things to do. Will be going back soon. Price is good as well
