Our 2nd visit & we enjoyed it more than the 1st.

So close to amenities + a nice easy 1. 25mile walk into town.

Park with boating lake, jungle zoo for the little ones and plenty more next to site.

We love this site, so central to the cinema, bowling, restaurants, lovely welcoming wardens,

The site has everything you need. Nice walk into the town.

Really clean and we will be going back

My grandson an I went for night stay and the staff are very friendly can't help enough

All the amenities are lovely and clean

Everything is coded so not just anyone can wander on the site to use them

It's of the road but short walk to beach and on main road there is Macdonalds, KFC and subways. a pub that does meals and a pub just down from camp sites

I rate 5 star and will go again. Mrs caudwell

We had a lovely stay at this campsite,

Jo & Mick made us very welcome was very helpful, they worked very hard to keep the facilities neat & tidy at all times, most people was very friendly,

Had pubs & food fares close by, went on the train to Cleethorpes, also a nice flat walk there,

Would come back again.

This camp site is an absolute joy to be on.

The showers and other facilities are fantastically clean. And especially the owners mick and jo are so courteous and nothing is any trouble.

Shower rooms are spot less and the site itself is so very clean.

Had great times here. And am going back very soon.

See you later 👍😁 jay richardson

Very clean and good facilities. Lovely place. Staff very very helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent with plenty to do and lots of walks from the site.

Only dislike is there were a lot of people smoking in the outside bar area and as the weather was good we wanted to sit outside. Perhaps there could be an area for people who wanted to smoke. Maybe there is but it seemed that everywhere was a smoking area

Really pleased with our visit here. Nice peaceful site to the south end of Cleethorpes. Pitches are level, on grass with EHU.

Charges were £20/night plus £5 for EHU (10 Amp). Dog friendly.

All services available - fresh water, grey water and Chemical Disposal points. Waste disposal available with separate bins for recycling paper, cans, glass, etc (such a shame that some people seem unable to use these correctly, putting materials in the wrong bins!).

Shower/Toilet block - Gents: 3 showers, 3 toilet cubicles, always hot water and spotlessly clean. Ladies the same. Separate disabled/family room. 2 sinks available for washing up.

I must say we received a really friendly welcome from Joanna and Mick who always had time to chat to you, even though they were constantly busy cleaning and tidying the amenities which were excellent and a credit to them.

For eating out, there is a Brewers Fayre across the road with ample inside and outside seating, offering the usual excellent value menu (2 main meals for £8. 99, daytime Monday to Friday). Unfortunately dogs are only allowed outside.

As an aside, we were very disappointed with Cleethorpes on their dog unfriendliness - out of 95 pubs and restaurants there on Trip Advisor, we found only one pub (The Fisherman) that would allow dogs inside, and then in a very restricted area. There are a couple of others but one was closed due to staff covid, the other for refurbishment.

Also, dogs are not allowed on the main beach from Easter until September, and not even on the pier (unless its a guide dog!).

Though this site is lovely, it is unlikely that we will return to Cleethorpes due to its negativity regarding dogs.

What a wonderful site. The owners take great pride in their business and are very friendly and helpful.

The site is on the sea front which was great for walking and running with the dogs.

On site facilities are kept clean throughout the day.

Pubs within a 5 minute walk. Also food outlets and shops nearby.

We will definitely be back.
