Site is set 2 minutes walk from sea front, also a 2 minute stroll to the signal box inn and the light railway. Mike and Joanne the site owners are a very welcoming couple.
The site is kept very clean as is the toilet and shower facilities. Site fees are very good, we paid £80. 00 for 5 nights with Awning and electric.
I feel it could benefit with an other fresh water point and grey waste point on the opposite side of the site. But that would be my only niggle.
We come to this site every year.

Nice site, owners friendly and helpful. Good situation, twenty minute walk to centre of town.
Only one drawback was there was no dedicated motorhome service point but that won’t stop us going back.

Probably worth the nightly fee but not a 9/10 for me.
This review was given during the covid outbreak.
I felt the campsite was very busy and crammed together, the pictures shown do not show a full campsite. On a night it was very noisy both from campers being load with loud music (no warden on site at night) and also the fact that the campsite is right be t to a busy and noisy road on two sides.
The location is not bad, clethorpe is a little run down but the beaches were quite nice.
I also felt that as this was during covid there was only sanitizer at the barrier.
The site is not designed for motorhomes with no drive over grey water drain nor an easily drive up to fresh water tap.
I guess worth the price but I went because of the score which I didn't feel it reflected.

A nice well positioned site with good facilities although due to restrictions we didn't use them this trip but I did check them out and they were as good as usual.
Owners are a nice friendly couple who were a bit stressed due to the small group of travellers who were set up not far from the gates and rightly so as it seems that they were trying to gain access to the site. It didn't stop the site being busy even mid week and the owners had everything firmly under control.
If I was to really nit pick I would say the site could maybe do with a second freshwater point otherwise whats not to like

Very friendly people we were allowed to choose our pitch. Nice clean and very organised site.
Easy walk along a nice route to sea front. Choice of miniature train or road train within easy reach.

Beautiful campsite. Clean, very well organised. Helpful, informative hosts.
Lovely little train station a stone's throw away for a coffee and bacon sarnie.
We'll definitely be back Thank you.

Had a fantastic week, facilities are exceptionally clean. Never seen 2 people (Mick and Jo) work as hard as you do.
I would definitely recommend. Hope to see you soon,
