Great little hidden gem of a site.
All pitches are separated by low hedges.
Clean loos and showers.
Lovely owners, helped with showing where pitch was, and came round ever morning to see you. Any problems sorted ASAP.
Will go there again, one day.

Loved that it was a smaller campsite and Kandy and Jim made the effort to greet us.
Also on the Friday they had made cakes for everyone on site which is a lovely gesture and it gets people meeting fellow campers, first time in decades I've seen that, great.

This is a really well run and maintained, attractive and quiet small site, well away from main roads and perfectly located for exploring the Broads.
Our grass pitch was spacious with EHU fresh water and grey waste disposal. The shower block, although not new, was spotless. I was slightly bemused by the request for a 50p donation for a shower, but otherwise good facilities.
The owners Jim and Kandy are very attentive and welcoming and are caravanners themselves. At first the pitch fee of £30/nt seemed slightly high, but when you consider that they don't charge more for high season / weekends or school holidays, it is reasonable value.
The site is positioned only 2mins walk from a footpath along the river Thurne to either Potter Heigham or the village of Thurne in the opposite direction.
We were able to do a circular walk from the site around Hickling Broad, around 8 miles, pretty much all off road.
We really liked this site and will return at some point.

Lovely location with very attentive hosts
Great size pitch and dog friendly
Lovely walks to Potter Heigham or Thurne from the campsite
Toilets and showers very clean
One issue with noisy campers (very loud until midnight) but resolved well by the host
Donation of 50p per shower is a little strange given the cost of a pitch
Overall, good value for money and we would return

We stayed for 2 nights as a base to visit the area. On arrival we were met by Kandy who gave us a warm welcome.
Lovely quiet site, facilities spotless, lovely walk along the river to Potter Heigham
Indian takeaway in the village is fantastic, we will definitely be returning.
Lovely site

Fantastic level pitches with clean spacious shower blocks.
We stopped for 2 nights and would have happily stayed longer.
Tucked away from any main road so nice and quiet allowing for a good night's sleep.
Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Pitches were large and defined by hedging.
Flat site with water tap and waste outlet on pitch.
Really dog friendly as well. The owners have dogs and took the time to remember every dogs name on site.
As they passed each day they would say hello to each dog by name. Lovely touch.
Would definitely stay again.

Great site, warm welcome, spacious pitch, clean facilities and loved the nice touch of fresh flowers in the loos.
Great location. Walked into Potter Heigham along the river and through woods to Thurne. Both places have pubs. Hired a luxury day cruiser from Broads Tours at Wroxham.
Had such a lovely day on the river and broads. Enjoyed the car museum at Caister. The beach at Winterton On Sea was lovely sand and dog friendly.
Thanks to Kandy and Jim for a very pleasant stay. You have a lovely little site. I hope you enjoy your holiday as much as we enjoyed ours
