Excellent site. Very clean facilities.
Greeted by the owner who explained everything.
Lots of local information and close to the water.
The approach take a bit of nerve as the site is down a dead end.

What a fabulous hidden gem of a site, tucked away down a lane leading to the riverside. All pitches are large, mostly grass, some hardstanding, and have water and waste to each pitch.
The majority seem to have electric too and are separated by hedges for privacy.
Really peaceful site, away from any road noise. Was a bit worried having young children and no park the kids might get a bit restless, but we made our own fun and after a full day out exploring they were ready to relax anyway.
Kandy made us feel really welcome and recommended beaches and places to eat which were spot on.
Site is in a great location for beautiful beaches, fun days out, the broads etc.
Toilet block was always clean and never busy, however we used our own facilities mostly. There were hot showers and a 50p honesty box for their use.
We will definitely be returning!

Lovely clean quite site. Owners were brilliant.
Plenty of advice on where to go and what to see and came around everyday for a chat.
It was a lovely relaxed site and just a 5 minute walk to the Broad.
Would recommend a stay here and we will coming back really soon.

After the campsite we left this was a real improvement.
Communication was the best we had and the site was well kept and as stated.
Not far from river where there was a type of marina. Saw some people come with surfing boards not sure where they had been.
The owners were amazing brill site xx

We arrived in torrential rain to a very warm welcome from Kandy. We were shown to our pitch which, due to the weather had been upgraded to hardstanding with its own tap. We were also told that we could drop our grey water in the back hedge but our hose didn’t reach so when we left we used the drive over disposal.
The pitch cost £25 pn. The toilet/shower facilities were excellent. Unfortunately the weather prevented us walking to the local villages as the River Thume footpaths were flooded but we did see boats on the river from the boat launching area.
A lovely couple of days despite the weather and Covid.
