Great quiet site which we had mostly to ourselves as out of season.
Convenient for broads and most attractions.
Clean scenic and fully serviced pitches.

Beautifully quiet adult only touring park in lovely surroundings. Pitches all big and fully serviced, toilet & showers immaculate.
Location is great for walking into Potter Heigham to see the boats, cycling down quiet lanes and only 10 minutes drive to a beach.
The owners, Kandy & Jim make this site stand out from the rest they are so dedicated, friendly and willing to help or offer advice.
Perfect holiday 👌

We can only confirm all the complementary comments and 10 star ratings here.
The site is tucked away in a really quiet location with the Cluckery handy for very nice large eggs.
It's only a short walk down to the staithe to see the passing boats.
And our doggie loved the chilled feel and ultra friendly owners' hospitality.
We will definitely be returning as the Broads are lovely.

Well run site with hands on owners, who are very personable. Mostly grass pitches with about 5 on Hardstanding. All have their own EH and Water point.
The pitches are spacious and the inner ones are hedged. The ones on the outer ring are delineated by trees mostly with the odd one hedged.
Shower and Toilet block always clean. Grass always short.
Easy 15 minute walk into Potter Heigham. Kandi will supply you with details of recommended eateries, shops etc.
Main supermarket in Stalham or small Co-Op in Martham.
All in all a very satisfying stay, with when we were there, exemplary behaviour by fellow stayers.

Just had the most lovely stay.
Jim and Kandy are so lovely and friendly and helpful.
Lovely clean showers and toilets. Good washing up facilities.
Lovely walks from site to Potter Heigham with fab Lathams for shopping and couple of pubs.
Fish and Chip shop and places for boat hire.
Close to some lovely beaches.
Used to go here as a child and I think the old owners would be proud and happy with the changes.
We will be back later in year for sure

Fantastic site owners very helpful and happy to see you, amenities were great and clean and tidy.
Pitches were large and separated by hedges, very continental.
Will certainly be returning, soon we hope.

Just had a lovely few nights away at this lovely site. Each pitch is a good size and fully serviced.
Toilets and shower were spotless. And so peaceful.
A short walk takes you to the river side. Turn right to Potter Heigham where there is a pub, fish and chip shop and Lathams stores. Turn left and that is a longer walk to Thurne. A really nice area for walkers.
Kandy advised us on a restaurant locally, and it was certainly well worth going.
We will certainly be going back to Willowcroft.

Lovely remote spot, lovely walk (about 20 mins) into potter heigham along Riverside.
Site well maintained, lovely shady pitches with own water supply and drainage for grey water.
Peaceful. Highly recommended.
