I’ve never left a review before, but would love to thank you for such a wonderful peaceful stay (no music/noise = bliss) for our family get-together.
Our site is just lovely and we’d love to return. My daughter fell in love with Elvis your pig and we all found the surrounding area absolutely stunning.

Good site for solo travellers, acts as a good base for travel to west of England or South Wales.
Shower facilities below par, no water pressure in any shower block.
Site otherwise well kept and nicely managed.

Couldn’t of wished for a better place to stay! Had the best time. 3 of us, 1 caravan and 1 motorhome, in a field, with a camp fire.
Good company, lovely people on site, no annoying loud music at all.
Perfect! Showers and toilets are very basic but they work and the washing up facility was ideal for its purpose. The rural bar and shop were very welcoming and great fun.
Close enough to all the sites and far enough away to have solitude and beautiful skies at night!
Will be going back for sure! 🥰

Lovely chilled campsite with amazing views.
Loved the low key bar and the fact we could have small campfires.
There is even a small shop with a few essentials.
Close to Ross on Wye and Hereford.

A Lovely campsite, with a friendly, helpful owner. Loads of space to choose your pitch from. We took 2 campervans and Nanny, so needed to be fairly close to the facilities for Nanny and the owner was really accommodating.
There are toilet and shower facilities dotted around the site, compared with some sites, these are basic, but all work well.
There is a no music rule, which we really appreciated, as coming from a recent trip where we had to endure everyone else's choice of tunes until they decided to sleep - it was a welcome relief to actually be able to hear the birds and creatures - what camping is all about for us
There is a bar on site, and a small 'honesty' shop which had some well thought out things in, should you have forgotten something
This site for us, was more true to camping roots, there were firepits you could use, and plenty of wood, for a campfire/toasting marshmallows. The evenings were quiet and dark, so you could appreciate the nature you're in. And all of this was, we felt at a good price too.
If you are looking for more of a 'glamping' site, with every facility imaginable, and shiny showers, you are not going to find it here. But what we did find here, was lots of open space for our 4 yr old to play, lots of friendly people and stunning sunsets

Would highly recommend this camp site to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful location.
It’s friendly and hosts farm animals which my children loved visiting everyday.
It’s also within easy reach of many beautiful local attractions and beauty hotspots within the Wye valley.
Can’t fault this site at all.

Lovely natural campsite, plenty of space and places to choose, open fires allowed, no music though, Horsebox Bar for a sundowner, basic, clean but well used facilities.
If having a good hot shower every day is your thing, then perhaps find somewhere else, but if your happy to wash under a warm trickle, you’ll be fine.
Great for walks, Skenfrith and Grosmont castles, free to visit and pubs in both villages. Swimming in the river in Skenfrith. Cider from the farm just outside Skenfrith.
We really like it here, 3rd visit.

Very friendly and quiet with all the amenities you need.
Use of fire pits makes it a bit special as does the view from the site.
Fully recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful!
We had a wonderful few days here and would certainly come back.
We even had access to a fridge and freezer! :))
There were chickens, guinea fowl, sheep and goats to entertain the kids and plenty of space for them to run around.
There's lovely pubs around, canoeing and all sorts!
Thanks very much, Meredith Farm Xxx
