This was a very large site on our arrival the reception was very busy as it was throughout our stay. Staff were very friendly and efficient, we had paid a deposit for our pitch so glad I did as the site was full. We were directed to our pitch and given a map of the site. We found our pitch easily it was large with water and drain.
The pitches ran around a central grassed area where children and parents could play or have a BBQ. The site is well spread out and does not feel as big as it is although the tent field did look crowded and I would maybe have a different opinion if we had stopped there.
The facilities were plentiful and pleasant with piped music. Toilet and shower block clean and never anywhere near full. The shop is well stocked and a refreshment van is open on an evening for take aways.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and the setting of the site is wonderful cloud willing you can gaze up at Ben Nevis. Fort William has plenty of shops, Morrisons next to the railway station is well stocked and cheap.

The road up the Glen is worth a drive and whe you can go no further walk another mile along the well trodden path to a most beautiful waterfall. Neptunes staircase is a marvel of engineering the list goes on and on.

One of the best sites I have stayed on anywhere.

This is the perfect place to camp if you want to explore the Glen Nevis area. After a long and very wet day of climbing Ben Nevis we were very glad of the facilities the campsite offered- plenty of clean, hot showers and a laundry / drying room.
The pub two minutes down the road was very welcome too! We found the campsite to be quiet, well-maintained and great value for money- would recommend.

This is a great site in a great location. The tent field we stayed in you could just pitch anywhere you liked and it was very close to the dog park which was very handy for us.

The views are stunning, as you would expect being at the foot of Ben Nevis. There's a decent shop on site and a burger van too, which can be very popular.

The dog park is great as it's almost fully enclosed. There were usually a few dogs running about in it that ours could play with. At one end around a corner it's not fenced off but there is a river *stopping* the dogs getting over onto another camp field. Well it didn't stop our GSD or our friends husky. It would be much better if it was fenced off too but it is kind of half hidden.

This was one of our favourite camp sites we went to this year (we only went to four) and we'll definitely be back.

Excellent site, would recommend. We camped for 6nights, it rained for 90% of our stay, the ground coped really well. Reception staff very helpful.Well stocked shop, you can give your freezer blocks in at the shop and they will freeze them for you free of charge. We reserved a pitch which we paid a non refundable 10pounds,this also doesn't come off your total costing either, initially I be-grudged paying this, but glad that we did, you get a much nicer field within the reserved areas.

The shower/toilet blocks both male and female were excellent, very clean and well maintained, plenty of plugs for mobile chargers straighteners etc. The launderette was excellent, 3.00 for washing machine, 1.00 for 20mins use if dryers, scullery area was very good too. This is a good site that as 4 adults all found nothing negative to say about, excellt location for Ben Nevis. We would definitely return to this site, the only downfall of Scotland was the mozzies.

Turned up and got a pitch no problem (didn't require EHU).

The site is divided up into different areas depending on your unit and there was plenty of space in the campervan/motorhome area we were allocated although some of the tent areas looked busier, and a bit boggy.

A big site with a nice feel, spotless facilities and well run.

The shop sold everything you could possibly need and breakfast was available each morning from a van on site, perfect!

Nice play area for the kids although this was a bit muddy, but it had been very wet.

Would definitely return.

This site never fails to impress from the friendly welcome from Margaret at the reception to the excellent and plentiful facilities and roomy flat pitches. We always make this site our first and last stop when we go on holiday. Excellent place to tour the area from with good sized Morrison's a couple of miles down the road should the well stocked site shop not have what you want. Goes without saying, the views of Ben Nevis are amazing.

We used this site for an overnight stop while spending a few days in the Glen Nevis Valley. The site is excellent, with several facilities blocks, water points and disposal points. There's a nice pub/bar on site, as well as a nightly snack van. The Glen Nevis visitor centre, where the route to Ben Nevis begins, is just over the road.

In terms of location, this has to be one of the best in Scotland. Ben Nevis and other dramatic peaks surround the site and the glen runs just beside it. Fort William is a mile away, ideal for getting the essentials. The walk up to Ben Nevis is relatively straightforward and takes about 6-7 hours altogether.

The site itself is great, clean, tidy and really there is nothing more that you can ask.

The toilet block is spotless, although it could do with a bit of updating, but that is not really an issue as it has plenty of hot water at ant time of the day.

The staff were great and could not be more helpful. The pitches were also great with easy parking and great surroundings.

There has to be a downside, the weather was poor and when it did improve out came the midgies, but one has no control over these.

Prices at the pub next door were very high not really woth it in our opinion, and to be honest the eating places around and about are not much better.

All in all the the site is fantastic, well worth a visit

Found site excellent with facilities all spotless and good shop and fast food van on site. Very handy for going into town. Good size pitches and well spaced and even though site very busy with caravans and tents was very quiet day and night. Wife has just said when writing this review would definitely return here over Bunree - a big recommendation indeed!

We visited with friends, two large tents, 4 adults and two small children. The campsite doesn't take bookings, you just turn up and register / pay then choose your pitch. We went on a weekend and although it was busy we had no problem finding two pitches together in one of the tent areas. It was slightly sloping but had a lovely view of Ben Nevis.
There is a well stocked shop, a 'fast food' caravan for breakfast rolls etc and a pub / restaurant. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant one evening and found it to be friendly and good value. The play area is a bit old fashioned but large and not too close to the pitches.
The toilet/shower blocks were clean and adequate but the one near us only had two showers. We asked about family facilities and paid a £10 deposit for the key for the disabled / family wetroom which was ideal for us as our little girl is only 10 months. It had a shower, toilet, basin, and a baby bath (also a heater which was lovely!).
The site has a policy of no tvs / radios / excessive noise after 11 which seemed to work well. We enjoyed our stay (despite the rain and the midges!) and we will be back.
The area around Fort William is really beautiful and there is lots to do for families even in poor weather. We visited the Glenfinnan Monument, steam railway, the locks on the Caledonian Canal, Climbing Centre at Kinlochleven and Fort William town centre.
