This is our 4th visit to this park we love it here the sight is very clean swimming pool on par to that of an hotel. Even better they've added an outside stage and seating area not to mention the man made beach. Very friendly staff and always helpful. Nice lounge bar upstairs if you prefer a quieter drink than the family entertainment.

Spent May bank holiday weekend there and was very sceptical after reading the previous reviews. We arrived as a group of 3 tourers and were shown to our pitches by the warden. Each pitch was freshly marked out and a good size. There seemed no rules to pitching so the motor home that arrived later pitched 6 ft behind my van. Water and waste disposal were quite a distance as was the Elsan. The toilet block was a modern static made up of individual toilet/shower units. Could have been checked more regularly for loo roll and soap though! Small shop but we never used it.
Bar and food reasonably priced. Lovely man made safe beach for the kids to play on and an amphitheatre over looking the water for the open air cinema in the evening.
Great walks around the lakes looking at the beautiful lodges and the jet skiing.
Pool is small for the size of the place with only about 6 changing rooms. Water quite cold and highly chlorinated.
Saw a few of the Battle of Britain Memorial flight come over from RAF Coningsby but the noise was overshadowed by the lovely old aircraft !
All in all a lovely site but has a bit of a cramped, festival feeling to it. Obviously done a lot of building works to make the place look great.
So good we booked for next year!

Stayed at Tattershall Lakes on may bank holiday weekend. Lovely site in beautiful area. We camped in the woodland retreat, quite and peaceful compared to other camping areas! but long walk to entertainment complex. The main camping field was very camped but it was a bank holiday. The overall facilities seem too small for such a huge park! Small shop but well stocked, Swimming pool reasonable size but only 5 unisex changing rooms??. Free sauna and steam room located in pool area. Showbar too small couldn't get seated inside but there is a outdoor heated area. Excellent new beach area new this year! Would definitely return again maybe not on a bank holiday!

Looks good on the website but disappointing. Caravan clean enough but items missing ie frying pan essential holiday equipment! Site nice enough but fag butts everywhere. Children's play ground small and in the middle of tent field with no enclosure had to step over trailing electric extensions! Playground very tired unkempt. Camping looked horrendous packed in I thought they had to be 6 'Mtr apart? No warden or grounds hosts patrolling to offer advice ie caravan with barking dog all night or caravan with party people till 4 am. Cars driving at speed around site. Pool very nice but only 4 changing rooms? Didn't use club house but shop very expensive. Lack of information material of where to how to etc. Beach area good idea water looked a bit murky. All lake facilities sublet. Castle next door brilliant.

This site could be lovely, but unfortunately it is not.
The shower blocks were cold, dirty and badly designed. The touring areas are all disoraganised and the owners allow large groups of friends to pitch next to each other in circles and then block the area off with wind breakers.
The site is generally untidy and large areas of it seem to be under construction.
The swimming pool is very small and also really badly designed. There are insufficient changing rooms and people with outdoor footwear can just walk through the changing rooms and pool area which is rather unhygenic and messy.
Never saw any staff cleaning or tidying the tourer areas at all. We saw them cleaning out the static caravans and lodges.
The noise from nearby RAF Coningsby is horrendous. Someone mentioned that there was a bit of noise, but whilst we were there it was constant and really loud. We left 3 days early because we couldn't stand it anymore.
All in all disappointing site, not very well maintained, no friendly staff and a fire hazard because of the way they allow friends to pitch close to each other and in any old fashion.
Would not recommend or wish to ever revisit.

Stayed here for the weekend and shown to a pitch of my choice by a friendly warden.
The weekend was very busy, the tents and tourers arriving was pitching it seemed where ever they liked with the tents in amongst the tourers and groups bunching together.
I was delighted when it poured down with rain at 11pm as it drowned out the noise from people in the nearby tents, I fear that if didn't rain the site would have been very noisy.
On a positive note it's cheep with swimming included, a basic play area for kids, lovely walks good to watch the water sports and toilets & showers clean & well maintained.
If the management relocated the tents away from the tourers and had some kind of formality with the pitches it would dramatically improve the site.

Having stayed here in the past we thought we would try it again, the last time we went there was no warden [there may as well have not been this time]
The pitches are an 'everyman for themselves' affair with no defined pitches which would improve this site 100% people just crammed in wherever they feel like it,
My daughter enjoyed the playpark and swimming pool [which is included in the pitch price]
Somebody pitched near us and the electric point didn't work so the warden came and put a double adaptor on ours causing us both to trip out constantly and despite him saying he would have it mended never did.
Doesn't seem to be many rules re: kids playing with football around caravans etc there is a dedicated field for this however there isnt a signpost clearly stating where it is, the football nets were broken on this field.
The on site shop was overpriced however if you turn right out of the entrance there is a co op a short distance up the road on the left, the chip shop near it is not very good though there is a better one in coningsby further up the road.
The water in the pot wash and showers were always cold in the afternoon.

We have been to this site before but after our latest 4 nights there think it was the last, We arrived at 645pm after me ringing to check if that was ok as hubby works, she said that's fine yet we arrived and no one was around we were 25 minutes finding someone, it was the security guy who run around trying to sort us out as the warden wouldn't answer his phone as he was eating his tea. The site wasn't as clean as it has been in passed bins was overflowing etc. It is hard getting off the pitches when it is busy the Tuesday to Friday was quite but the Friday night because it was busy was very very noisy

Just had 3 days over may bank holiday. Turned up to horrible rain and ground been very wet, but turned beautiful for next couple of days. After reading some reviews I was wary after we'd booked it, but there was no need at all. Even though got extremely busy you still had plenty of space around you, campsite itself is in beautiful grounds. Had lovely hot showers everyday, but did go in early, some family said was cold water the later you got in, so I advise to get up early, toilets at times run out of toilet paper, but when you get people just throwing it all over floor then it cant be helped. Outdoor cinema for kids on a Sunday evening which was very popular. All in all had a fantastic weekend and would definitely return without a doubt

We stayed here over the bank holiday and had an amazing 3 night stay. Lovely pitch and service, the entertainment staff were fantastic with the kids especially onw who worked extremely hard. Great pool, showers and toilets. Lovely play area and lots to do for kids. Great activities for everyone. Few little issues but think these were because it was so busy - toilet rolls ran out, mud on toilet floors and very noisy neighbours messing around till 2am (could have done with a warden coming round to check people were ok). But despite those few issues we had a lovely stay and can't wait to go back soon.
