 Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at wern isaf
Beautiful surroundings
Well kept campsite with great facilities, showers excellent and owners were lovely, very welcoming and helpful
Going back again, loved it and our dog as well.

Friendly site with stunning views. Road from Llangollen to the site interesting - narrow and twisty!
Only downside is showers cost extra via 20p slot machine, so you need to be on your toes.

Warm welcome from clair, very bubbly and friendly,
Amazing site, good views, very clean facilities, good sleeping as the site was quiet.
Lovely walk to llangollen and up castell dinas bran which was a little taxing but we did it.
Went in car further afield, lots of lovely places to visit, you wont be disappointed,
FULLY RECOMMEND.

Lovely site, spotless facilities,
Only 15 minutes walk down hill, beautiful scenery, taxi back,

We stayed our first every night in a touring caravan, we had no idea what we were doing but Claire helped us set up.
It is a peaceful location, lovely views and there is an amazing hill to climb.
Great fun for children!

The location of this site is fabulous, being around half a mile/1 kilometre from the centre of Llangollen.
The views are stunning from the site. The fields are lush and green where the pitches are and the neatly-mown grass is always gathered up.
Helen is so welcoming, professional and friendly. She made our stay so pleasant. She kept the communal areas extremely spotless. The facilities were very organised.
Our only (slight) criticism would be the very narrow road to the site, but we knew about this before our arrival and found much bigger motor homes on the site than our converted van, so it was not a problem at all and was not the fault of the site, just something to consider.

Lovely site well laid out good facilities.
Need to be aware of the steep hill all the way upto the site and narrow lanes. Do not arrive before noon and leave well before noon to not get into difficulty! We have an extra wide width caravan twin axle towing is fine if you don't meet anyone coming the other way!

Really enjoyed our stay at this campsite.
Very accessible and all facilities were excellent on site and just a 10 minute walk from Llangollen.

Decided to go to Llangollen with my two older sons on a bit of a whim Friday after work. Called ahead and the lady on the phone was lovely and squeezed us in for the night.
Young lady booked us in on arrival and showed us where everything was. Very accomodating and friendly. Having stayed before we were able to get right on to the town for meal and some drinks short walk. The site is beautiful clean tidy and very well run
Highly recommended for a peaceful time Bill

The site was just what I hoped and what I was looking for.
Great facilities, excellent views and the management were very helpful and friendly.
The site was ideally located for walks and a short walk from the town centre.
I will definitely be returning soon.
