This was our 3rd stay / stopover at Braids in the last 12 months.
It is a very well kept site. With toilet blocks kept immaculately clean.
The local Co-Op is only a couple of hundred metres away, with the main shopping outlet just a bit of a further walk.

This site is kept immaculate, David & Paul are so helpful, they informed us of all the local amenities and places to visit.
The on site facilities are kept so clean and smell fresh every time we walked into them. There has been a fantastic face lift of the whole site since our visit last summer. Well done guys. I have to mention Tim, who works tirelessly to keep on top of the grounds. It is paying off.
A lovely visit & will be back soon.

Visited Braids as a stop-off on our way to and from Oban.
It's well located near to the M74 and easy to find. Well appointed and clean loo, wash up and chemical disposal facilities and friendly and attentive site wardens.
It is also only just down the road from the excellent "Devil's Porridge" Museum (well worth a visit).
We will definitely be stopping off here again possibly for a longer stay in the area next time.

Very well kept site, with a friendly atmosphere and helpful / useful wardens / managers.
We were on a stopover with a large motorhome and teenage children and it was just the ticket.
Just off the motorway, with easy access for the large motorhome and an easy walk to the local Co-op (open till 10pm), eateries, etc.
There are warnings about the ampage, but we cooked in our van and watched a movie on the laptop with no problems.
The toilet/shower & wash-up areas were all immiculate. Only small issue was the timer for the lights. Eldest was a wee bit spooked when he took too long for a late night toilet visit :)
Our pitch was £34 for the night and worth it. Highly recommended!

Good Location with easy access to plenty places to eat.
Overall cleanliness was very good and plenty of space on each site. Welcoming helpful hosts.
The facilities were large, clean and secure but you have to remember to take change for showers.
The motorhome servicing space is large with plenty room to service vehicle.

Small secure site, helpful staff.
Clean toilets and shower block. Not noisy when we stayed.
Easy walk to shops and places to eat, there is even a local Chinese that will deliver to site.
Tidy site

Lovely location for visiting Gretna and Gretna Green and shopping centre all in walking distance.
Lovely walk to the estuary and across fields to Gretna Green.
Clean facilities.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good security. Shame there was no dog walk.

The lady on the camp site was very welcoming. Give us a map for the rest of Scotland which came in useful. Showed us to are pitch in the dark.
Just there the one night. Chemical waste, fresh water and grey all close so made easy.
We have no children so only one rating.

It was good. However, it would have been better if there was water at each electric point.
Little children may be out and under the barriers.
Also the bushes with berries in between each parking bay could be a concern for younger children.
A different choice if bush could have been better.
