We just love Norfolk and this site suits us perfectly. It's our third visit this year and once again we weren't disappointed. Our boys made lots of friends with other kids on site and enjoyed kicking about in the play area. When not doing that they really got into golf (and apparently got really good on the driving range). We then all spent an hour on the pitch and putt which I wasn't very good at but had many laughs. We visited Wells, Cromer and Brancaster (my favourite beach). The showers and toilets are clean and tidy and there is always plenty of hot water. The free wifi in the coffee stop is a real bonus. We will be back!

Visited this site several times before in our tent, this was our first outing in our newly acquired caravan. Great welcome from the owners and helpers, even if there not sure about the beard.
Great site, love the new look coffee shop, really inviting, and friendly people make it a great place to sit and catch up on the local gossip, local beers are really tasty, and a nice touch.
Shower block warm and clean, lots of hot water.
Shall be enjoying more holidays here.

We have just spent two nights with our grandsons 6 and 9yrs on this campsite. We have all had a brilliant time. Boys enjoyed the play area where they were able to play football and run off their energy! The toilet block and washing up facilities were very clean. The owners of the site are very friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. We shall certainly return.

This is the 2nd visit, and we were surprised at the transformation of the Club House. The site is perfect, clean and very well maintained (P). All facilities are in full, good working order. The Club House is somewhere to have a Hot Chocolate and a fantastic slice of homemade cake (J). We took four teenagers and they all used the driving range and Pitch and Putt course, great family fun for us all. The course was very well kept and fantastic value. Drifters fish and chip shop in town is a must, we will return for a weekend or two before the season of fair weather campers is over. The site is a true credit to the two very hard working owners and the support of their family and friends, see you son. Mark and Justine :-)

What a lovely site. We visited with my two teenage boys who made lots of friends and spent most of the time playing football in the children's play area. This site is a great location if you want to explore North Norfolk. We went to Gressenhall, Cromer and Brancaster all within half an hour of the site. If you want to spend a week on one beach this is probably not the location for you. The toilets were fine, clean with plenty of hot water. They have just opened a coffee stop on site where I managed to have a sneaky Latte!

We have a large Motorhome and 2 young children. Picked this site as my parents live in Fakenham and this site seemed much better value than the other site in the town (who put the price up for larger vehicles). Really pleased we chose this as it's a hidden gem. Very friendly and accommodating owners - we felt relaxed from the minute we arrived. Great welcome pack and information on the surrounding area. It's a fantastic base for a holiday here with many local places to visit. We had trips to Gressenhall (great for families), Cromer, Holt and Wells. All within 20-25 minutes drive.
We used the on-site cafe a few times for a morning latte which was a lovely environment and the owners even brought out little books for the children. Very thoughtful. Only downside was the toilet block was a bit on the chilly side and we could hear the occasional bit of traffic noise. Neither of which bothered us at all.
Will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

This is a nice site, with very friendly people running it. At first we were concerned we would be kept awake by the traffic, as we were pitched close to the road, but it was surprisingly quiet, and we could hear virtually nothing of the traffic.
We overloaded the electric at one point and the site warden was very quick to sort out our problem, even though it was well after dark.
The only negative was that the shower/toilet block was unheated. Not good considering the temperature overnight during our stay was close to freezing.
We would visit this site again. But only when the weather is warmer.

Great site with very nice owners. Facilities are fab and clean. You can even grab a coffee and snack in the bar/reception. Play area for kids is lovely and within plain sight of pitches, it could however do with a swing or two. Pitches are generous. Local area is wonderful, Brancaster beach is a hidden gem only 15 mins away. Tesco superstore 5 mins away. Brilliant place for a relaxing break for both families or couples.

What a lovely campsite, owners could not be more friendly or helpful and give you a great welcome pack which was fantastic with info on the area and also use a chalk board to put info on. Up to date and clean facilities, clean and tidy site with plenty of room with a added large area for children to play. Really relaxed site with a pich and put golf area as part of site but does not intrude with it. In a fantastic area and great as a base for visiting attractions such as nearby windmill or caithness crystal with such a helpful glass blower where my son did a glass handprint or the many fantastic beaches. Will be returning and would happily recommend it.

Visited this lovely site over the august bank holiday with my family.
Friendly staff in reception & excellent toilet/shower facilities well maintained pitches.
The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away where there is a nice selection of shops & a tesco. We visited wells on the sea & hunstanton both about 20-30mins away & good places to visit, will definitely visit again
