Stayed here as a last minute decision to visit the Norfolk Coast. I called on the Friday and asked them if they would allow me to arrive around 10am. They said that as they had plenty of space they were ok with this.
I arrived to a very friendly welcome and shown to the grass pitch. The pitch was plenty large enough. The site is lovely and extremely well kept.
The one tiny negative is that the shower block is tired and could do with updating but it was clean.
Highly recommended and would have no hesitation visiting the site again.

Wonderful location, close to Wells & Cromer for fun days out. A well run family site, quiet pitches that are generously spaced out. I stayed on the adult field, but they also have family field & children's play area. Good washing facilities that are never busy! The golf range is a great day breaker, have yet to play the course that is also part of this site. Owners are very pleasant, helpful & considerate to everyone's needs.
Will definitately visit again and is fast becoming one of my favourite sites located in Norfolk.

If you want friendly, welcoming, child friendly, quiet and clean then you will love this site. We have had a great time and hopefully will return next year.
Great location that allowed us to visit several places although you could just chill out all day on this lovely site.
The family atmosphere was fantastic and we were also welcomed into the campsite family football game, what a giggle!
Can't fault this site,

We stayed at this fantastic, well kept and friendly site when camping for the first time with our two young boys (3 year old and 9 month old) this summer.
The wonderful owners could not have been more helpful, going out of their way to ensure our first camping expedition was a great experience.
The toilet and shower facilities were lovely and clean, there were baby changing facilities and the supermarket was less than 5 minutes away for all our essential supplies.
We felt we were given a perfect, good sized pitch, not too far from the facilities but where we didn't feel our young family intruded on other people's camping holiday.
The boys loved the local beaches - and especially liked the harbour train from the beach to the harbour in Wells.
We will definitely be back and would recommend this site to anyone - even camping beginners like us!

Wow! what friendly, approachable staff. We are gutted we could not stay longer for health reasons of one of our children (non-campsite related), the staff could not have done more to make the thought of leaving our holiday early any easier. Because of this I can also report that the doctors in Fakenham and the near by hospital was also fantastic.
We will be returning again (Campsite, not hospital or doctors!). Great idea to try and keep families away from adult guest who prefer the quietness and there was so much space that we felt we were the only ones there.
It will be great if an additional family/shower block could be built but existing toilets and showers very very clean.
So close to supermarkets for supplies and beautiful beaches/days out on the door step.
Golf facilities also excellent and opportunity to stay a few hours longer if no-one else had booked your pitch so removal of tents etc can be done at your leisure amazing!

This was our 4th visit in the last 18 months and, as always, we had a great welcome from Pen, Jacqui & everyone else.
This was the first time that we stayed during the main holiday period but despite the site being fairly busy, there wasn't much of a wait for showers even at 9o'clock in the morning.
The other nice thing was that although there were a number of families with children, they were situated close to the playground, which left the area near the buildings as almost adults only.
We’ll be back!

Well, we cracked it this time on our return visit the sun was out full pelt so it made our stay even better. Site was lovely, clean and tidy as usual and always a friendly welcome from Penn and Jacqui.
We went especially to attend the annual Sandringham Flower show which was well worth the visit managed to shake hands with the royals!
We nearly melted in the heat waiting for them to arrive but worth it in the end.
Just love this site and can't wait to return, hopefully with the sunshine again.

We have just returned to Lincoln from a very enjoyable week at this campsite. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us. From walking us to our pitch (which was huge) to chasing up our Chinese takeaway which was late to arrive.
The play area seemed spartan with just a quality wooden climbing frame, a football goal and a off road bicycle track. But our son didn't complain so it must have passed muster with him and that is the important thing.
The toilet/shower block was in good order and cleaned thoroughly every day. It had a security lock on the door to prevent non campers from using the facilities.
The site also runs a golfing center and the club house also doubles as the site reception. The club house/reception was clean and tidy and provided a great place to go and discuss golf and camping with other like minded people. From here visitors can have a go on the golf driving range or the sites 'pitch and putt' facility.
Overall, I cannot recommend this campsite enough and would not hesitate to go again.

Fantastic site with such nice owners. The Shower block was looked after really well by the hard working owners who could't do enough for us. The nearest eating place was quite a walk away but we booked a taxi and at only £5. 50 wasn't a problem. Will be back for sure. The golf area looked very nice and was popular with outside people although we didn't use it this time we will hopefully when we return.
