 The site is level with well maintained grounds and large hard standings. The pitch we had was the most level we have ever been on.
The owners have installed a soakaway to each pitch for waste water which obviously feeds the grass and trees. Overall a nice, well located site for adults only with the prices being competitive for August.
Unable to comment on the toilet/shower facilities as closed due to Covid19 (hence the rating).

Lovely quiet pitch by the riverside. Great for walking. Very friendly, helpful owner and wardens.
Fishing superb.
Near to Burnham, for shopping, eating, the beach. Excellent, local produce. Peaceful.

Lovely quiet site about 5 miles from Burnham. The site wardens are extremely pleasant and helpful even told us to help our selves to apples from the fruit trees.
There are waste water drains on every pitch also the site doesn’t get water logged when it rains as it is very well paid out with hard standing
The only downfall with motorhomes is that the water supply is very close to caravans and you have to drive onto someone’s pitch to fill up.

Thought site was very quite and peaceful guarantied a good nights sleep
Only disappointment was toilets and showers closed due to covid which other sites I’d visited were open with few boards reminding people to distance and some hand sanitizer. there is no need for them to be shut, increased the hassle of emptying thetford and filling water
Still paid for the facilities that wasn’t on offer shame
If the facilities were open I’d visit again

First class site, quite and wardens very friendly. This was our second visit and enjoyed both times.
Can recommend it to all adults who want a relaxing time.

Having decided to return to touring after a 25yr gap we wanted an easily accessible site off the M5 to rest our new caravan (and ourselves) out.
This was perfect we thought, and we were not disappointed. From the warm welcome and supportive wardens who were ready to offer advice to the newbies, Phippins Farm is a gem of a location, well laid out and tranquil.
Yes, you can just about hear the distant M5, but that doesn't detract from the surroundings

First time at Phippins, DEFINITELY won’t be the last !
Enjoyed it so much we added 2 more nights ! Loved it all, peaceful, spotlessly clean, beautiful area, everyone so friendly, wardens, and owner made us feel at home and comfortable, even when we couldn’t reverse our caravan ( oh the shame ) they found us a drive on pitch :-)
10/10 from hubby and myself !

Loved this site, no tents, no children, so quiet and peaceful,
Very helpful & friendly staff, dog walk was clean and grass well kept, river with fishing,
Couldn't rate the showers or toilets as they were not open due to covid,
Would highly recommend.

Lovely peaceful site, hubby enjoyed fishing the river,

We have just returned from this delightful Adults only site we have had a lovely week, and found everything 1st rate at the site
We were greeted by a very happy helpful Warden which was nice he showed us to our pitch made sure we were happy, our pitch was by the riverside, lovely!
Everyone we met and spoke to was friendly,
The dog walk was nicely kept we met Tim the owner later in the week and a very nice gentleman he is too!
Will look forward to our next trip there, and will definitely stay for longer, although the restrictions for the covid virus were in place it didn't interfere with the enjoyment our stay.
Can't fault this super site, super sized pitches. Easy Access, Lovely area.
