Booked this site for the first time with just 2 days notice and stayed for a weekend. I think it is a reasonably priced, quiet and friendly site. The maps and information given by the owners are very useful. Just a few mins down the road at banbury is a tesco superstore if needed, also we used a great little chinese takeaway for 1 of the nights which is also close by.
The toilets and showers were kept clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed with the showers as the rooms are large, the water is hot and the showers powerful. Much better than many sites I have been too. There was a little noise from the main road, which is close but nothing to worry about.
We have no children yet, although 1 on the way in just a few weeks, so I think its great for people who want a quiet site. However those with children might find it alittle quiet for the kids. Unless they bring entertainment with them, as our friends did. Plenty of space for them to play though.
My only criticism is perhaps a small on site shop with a few necessities would be a bonus, but this is nothing that will stop me from visiting.
I would recommend this site highly to anyone and we will certainly use it again for weekend breaks as It's fairly close by!

We telephoned in advance of arriving and were told to find a pitch and make ourselves at home (how often does that happen nowadays?). Later in the day we were welcomed in the friendliest manner possible. Toilets and showers were really clean, never had to queue. There is a pub within walking distance to the village but unfortunately does not allow dogs inside the bar so we didn't try it out as the good old British weather set in! Site nice and quiet and all this for £15.50 in high peak. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed here with my parter and 2 of our friends here near the end of August. We were warmly welcomed and found the vibe to be very relaxed and pleasant from the moment we arrived.
We were told to pitch our tents wherever we wished to, which I think is always nice, plus we were given lots of info on the surrounding area etc.
Facilities were great; toilets and showers were nice and clean and the water constantly warm. The campsite itself is surrounded by countryside and farm animals so really pretty- and quiet to boot (apart from the odd horse neigh- which only adds to the experience!)
Overall we all said we'd come again and with plenty to do in and around the area there's not a bad word to be said for Anita's- cheers guys.

First time visitors to this campsite only an hour away so went for a last minute long weekend away.
Must say I will definitely be going back, owners were fantastic supplied a pack of local info, pitch was a good size, fellow campers very friendly and chatty.
Toilet and shower block was beautiful there's lots of leaflets for local attractions inside the doorway (we went to cotswold wildlife park and loved it)and absolutely spotless everytime I went in there.
They had a designated fenced area with a gate for my dog to run round in with a dog bin brilliant.
It's a working farm horses sheep etc, though you would never know, unless you went to the far end where the animals are for a look.
Beautifully laid out with hedges flowers and plenty of gravel pathways, they also have the wooden pods and cottages available, both looked lovely.
Great clean tidy quiet site at an excellent price!

Booked this site at very short notice and the owners were very helpful and found a pitch with electric hook up. The spot was perfect on top field on very level ground. My children soon made friends with other campers
The toilets and showers were kept very clean and tidy.Never had to queue for showers or toilets at any time and the site was quite busy.We stayed for 2 nights. There was a little noise from the main road but nothing to moan about. Would recommend this site.
Could do with a play ground for the kids though the field is big enough for playing rounder's cricket etc.

Could not recommend this site any higher. The facilities are A+ and anyone associated with the site is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and tidy and the pitches well spaced with access to water, showers etc.
Lots to do in the area and a Tesco superstore is located just down the road.
Myself and my brother were there for fishing and again the area has 3 really top class fishing venues nearby.

Arrived Monday and was put on a large pitch overlooking the top field, this was the space for 3 caravans so our 32 foot American Motor-home fit easily.
The site was clean and tidy and the owners very friendly. The shower block was lovely and clean and hot water available all day.
Jack the grounds man was especially helpful and made us feel very welcome and spoke to us every day throughout our stay.
Rates reasonable and the site had easy access to all local attractions. Will definitely be visiting again.

Stopped over for one night on the way to kitcar show near Kenilworth. Kindly managed to fit us in at short notice on a busy bank holiday weekend.
Nice quiet site next to the owners working farm with very clean facilities. Plenty of piping hot water for showers & washing up.
Warm welcome and very helpful, even offered to order an indian take away for us as we were only staying the 1 night & I was very tired.
Agree with previous reviewer that the signs directing you to caravan / tent pitches and reception could clearer.

Situated just 5 miles from Banbury near the village of Mollington, The site is spacious, neat and tidy. A very friendly welcome was given to us to on our arival. Our pitch was all ready marked up with our name on pitch is of shingle stone with grass to side. Hedges which are kept tidy are separating caravans and tent pitches. The toilets and showers were very clean and during our visit did not have to queue.
There are two washing up sinks with plenty of hot water.
The only downside is the slight slope for caravans and the signing for new arrivals. A shop or small club might make this a better site but then some would say no. There is a Tesco just outside Banbury so not so bad.
A very enjoyable and relaxed stay, already planning our next visit.

We stayed here for three nights. What a wonderful site it is. We were met by a friendly gent who allocated us our pitch which was pleasantly situated and of a good size.
The facilities are clean and spotless, although I think that it could get very busy when the site is full as there is only one facilities block.
The dog walk is an area fenced off but is well kept.
There is a nice garden centre just down the road from the site and the Bygone Museum is a must which has a great tea room with lovely cream teas.
We look forward in going back again.
