A lovely peaceful site surrounded by countryside. Very clean and well kept with excellent facilities. A real bonus to have the kitchen with fridges and washing machine. Owners were extremely helpful and were keen to keep their image of a family site but quiet in the evenings - a real bonus for us with 3 small children who all go to bed soon after 7pm! We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately they were fully booked for the Bank Holiday weekend. We will return!

This is a really nice campsite with very pleasant staff. The shower block, WCs and kitchen were nice and clean with lots of hot water.
The only criticism I can come up with was that it was quite hard to find, even with sat nav, but that could be the fault of sat nav.
I'd definitely visit again.

We were 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 5 under 5's. This campsite has been our best visited in ten years. The noiseless atmosphere, very friendly independent owners and clean facilities were superb. There is lots nearby for families including the excellent rare breeds centre 7 miles away and Camber sands. We will most certainly be back.

Just had to say what a beautiful site. Both views and layout. Loads of space on pitch. Toilets and showers spotless with plenty off hot water. Kitchen had fridges and a freezer that you could use and even a washing machine.
The owners have really thought about the whole camping experience and could not have done more for you. Sue (the owner) even took time out to explain to the boys about her pet sheep and did a quick nature/wildlife walk with us.
Can't wait to go back. Great peaceful site.

We found this site last year having used Caravan Club CL's in the area. We were so smitten that we now store our caravan at the farm and visit once a month at least. It is laid back, clean, the owners can't do enough for you. It's handy for my volunteering on the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway as well as visiting all sorts of places, even the continent. We use it as a base for househunting as we plan to move to the Marsh next year.
No matter how full the site is, there is quiet at night.

Excellent site (once I'd found it, after a couple of wrong turns). Very quiet the w/e we were there - weekend after early May BH, so only about nine pitches used. Staff very friendly & helpful, site beautifully kept, showers brill, lots of space and hangy things for clothes etc. Fridge/freezer available for campers, useful as weather very hot when we were there. Some distance from nearest shop (about 15/20 mins drive into New Romney for Sainsbury & local, v. Pleasant high street, or up the dual carriageway to garage shop) so take immediate supplies with you. Lots of spring lambs frolicking. Recommended +++, and excellent value. Take citronella candles or oil, as a lot of gnats around our van - might have been us attracting them tho!

I have just had a fantastic 2 night stay at this gorgeous camp site with my husband and 2 boys aged 3 and 1!
After sadly getting lost in amongst the lanes, we were soon rescued by a quick phone call to the camp site, where the very lovely lady told us the directions and stayed on the line to make sure we didnt get lost again!
The camp site is a small site with basic but fantastic clean and free facilities, I was so pleased to find in the kitchen, washing up liquid and a dish cloth, as I had forgotten ours! Also the showers and toilets were very clean and free. Even the electric point which was only 20p didnt run out half way through drying my hair!
The way the pitches are positioned are ideal for families as the kids can all play in the centre of the site and they are only right in front of you at all times. My 3 year old made some fantastic new friends and didnt stop playing all weekend. Even my 1 year old thought the space was great to crawl around.
Oh and the adults had fun 2!
The staff there were very helpful at all times. Apart from the directions coming into the site we were also given hand written precise directions to a place where we could eat and the nearest tesco! Handwritten due to the lady presuming correctly that we were too tired to have remebered what she told us.
I could go on about this site but im running out of room! If you want a peaceful family campsite then this is for you, im only sorry that its not nearer to me in devon, as I would definitly visit more!
Thank you again for a lovely weekend
Siobhan Martin and boys x

What a great site and good value for money too. I have never seen such clean and tidy showers and loos. Lots of nice touches - plenty of hooks and little shelf units in showers - chairs outside the showers in case of queues - pens and labels for your food that you can keep for free in the fridge - washing up liquid and cloths left by the sinks etc.- very thoughtful. The children have a space to play in the middle of the site although you would have to keep an eye on little ones as there is a water filled ditch along one edge of the site. We camped over bank holiday but not full and still peaceful and quiet at night. Kids enjoyed watching the lambs in adjoining fields. Small dog walking field. Owners very friendly we will definitely return.

Just spent a relaxing long weekend at this site, so it was very quiet. The owner Sue is very laid back and helpful. Even though it was cold and we had some snow it was still a nice area to have a stroll in the lanes. The toilet/shower blocks are very clean. We will be going back again.
