Good, level, spacious pitches. Electric hookup available if required. Facilities include toilets, free showers and washing facilities which were kept clean, well stocked and tidy. There is a waste bin next to each pitch and recycling bins near the toilets/showers. No staff on site when we arrived but as pitches are allocated at the point of booking we knew just where to pitch. Soon after we arrived a very friendly woman came along to welcome us and provide information and a booklet about the site and area. The site is quite close to the coastal road but far enough away for any noise to be barely audible.
Situated adjacent to the rocky beach and just 5 minutes walk along a pleasant coast path to the town of Aberaeron (take a torch if you intend to return after dark). Aberaeron is very picturesque with houses around the harbour/marina painted in an array of bright colours. Several very nice pubs for all tastes with plenty of options for meals. If fish & chips is your thing I can recommend the Big Bite on the North Road. If you are feeling adventurous the coastal path to New Quay is about 6 miles long with several steep ascents/descents which reward you with some spectacular views. The town of New Quay isn't that remarkable but there is a bus back to Aberaeron if you can't face the return trip along the coast. In the other direction is Aberystwyth where you can get a steam train to Devil's Bridge Falls, which is well worth the trip but a bit of a rush to get back in time for the return trip. Also of interest is the Cliff Railway in Aberystwyth which takes you to an excellent vantage point with views over the town and surrounding area.
All in all a very pleasant weekend in a lovely part of Wales, we will definitely be returning to this site.

On touring the Welsh coast, we just happened to pull into this site and we were so glad that we did!. A lovely, helpful lady greeted us and the campsite was spacious, spotlessly clean, dog friendly and right next to the pebbled beach, being an excellent spot to watch the sun set. Met some really nice fellow campers, it's a shame we could only stay for one night! Can't really give any criticism, as it was perfect for our needs - will definitely return :)

Just back from a two night stay at this site. The site is a couple of large fields, one with electrical hookups around its perimeter, plus toilet, shower, clean water taps, and waste disposal facilities. Plenty of space for kids to play. All facilities were clean and a good standard; few spiders which might scare some but not me :-) TV reception was perfect.
Beach is rocky/pebbly but walk into local town, Aberaeron, is pleasant. And the town itself is very pretty; we had dogs and motorhome so didn't try to eat there but plenty of choice. Loads of nice shops. Wish I had tried the honey comb icecream - will have to go back next year.
Reception staff was very sweet and helpful.

Just got back from a lovely few days at this site. Its in a very good position overlooking the sea but there is no sand just rocks not nice at all. The camp itself is well run by friendly staff we had a large pitch which was close to the toilet block this made it very noisy at night with the children running in and out after midnight. There is no mops in the shower blocks to clean the floor after use so with it being busy the floors were dirty where you got dressed despite it being cleaned regularly by the staff. The toilets cubicles are small and the doors open outwards had to watch you didn't get knocked by the doors when passing from the end toilets. There were bins next to your pitch and recycling bins near the entrance there's sinks for washing up with hot and cold water. I would return.

What a fantastic site almost on the beach, big spacious pitches with electric hook ups.
Toilets and showers spotlessly clean only downside was showers didn't, t have seat in.
Large field with plenty of spaces for children to play without disturbing other campers.
Short 10 minute walk along a level path into Aberaron a lovely harbour town with plenty of convenience shops and small crafty specialist shops.
Centrally located for visits to New Quay, Aberystwyth with lovely beaches but some pebbles.
The weather was perfect for us which made it better but we would definitely stay here again

This is an excellent site for families with young children. We took our two small grandchildren for a weekend and found it very spacious. All tents, caravans, vehicles are positioned around the perimeter fencing of the site, leaving vast amounts of ground for children to play safely on. Aberaeron
Is a short walk from the site and has a lovely harbour. Local buses outside the site to Aberystwyth or New Quay. The showers and toilets are of a very high standard. This is our second visit to Caming on the Farm and we will definitely be going back.

We stopped at this lovely campsite for one night only. It was recommended by a friend (good recommendation!). The site is flat and very spacious and well maintained with a bin next to your pitch (saves the legs!)has electric and non-electric pitches and right by the sea. The shower/toilet block is very clean and tidy. Owners very friendly. Allows dogs (we have two) and cost us £20 a night for a pitch with electric hook up for our motor home (£14 a night for non-electric and no dogs). Weather was fantastic and we had a nice stroll into town along the beach. People very friendly and one very kind shop owner put fresh water (with ice!) out for my dogs. We hope to return to this site before the end of summer with my two grown up children and partners and dogs. Highly recommended

Just back from 3 nights camping at the farm, a well maintained site close to Aberaeron.
We enjoyed our stay, but a couple of things let the site down. Firstly the lack of hot water for washing up and not enough washing up sinks.
The shower block is a little dated but is kept clean although there are no facilities for washing clothes
Would we stay here again ? Yes if ever in the area but we live too far to visit regularly

This was a good site. It was just a field with electricity available. The site was very near the sea. It was a bit open as the weather was windy while we were there. The town is in easy walking distance with several pubs, shops and cafes. An attractive town with colourful houses. There is not a beach just peabbles, but you can go for a good walk along the beach. The toilets and showers were very clean but basic. There was no heating in the toilet block.
