The site is located right next to the sea, there's no beach as such it's just rocks and pebbles but its in a great location.

The best way into town is along the coast path, it takes about 10 minutes at the most.

The small toilet/shower block was always clean but there weren't many people there I would imagine in busy times it could get quite congested.

It does what it says on the tin. Camping on the farm. It's basically just a field with just electric boxes round the edges, it's all grass with plenty of room for kids to play.

We never saw the site owners but a quick phone call directed us to our pitch.

The nearby town is unspoilt and not commercialised at all. There are plenty of shops and loads of pubs, most of which do food. The locals seemed friendly were appreciative of visitors.

We were only here for a couple of nights, it deserves more time to explore the wider area, it's quite a beautiful coastline and will definitely be back in the future.

Stayed here as a stopover on our way home. Very close to the sea but don't come here if you want a beach holiday. There is no sand !

Fairly close to town with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Toilet block very clean and free. All grass well drained and level. Every pitch has is own bin.

Reception was via a caravan and as we never booked was guided to our pitch via mobile phone. Friendly owners and good location.

We stayed her from Weds to Sat and wow what a lovely place -- what a find!

The campsite is very well maintained - when we arrived was greeted by a lovely lady who welcomed us and told us of lots places nearby to visit. It cost £20 per night electric and £2 for our dog.

Each camp spot has a dustbin which is emptied by the owners. This is great saves you lugging rubbish to refuse point.

There's lot of room for kids to play -- although no park. There's lots room to play footy without annoying people.

Its a working farm and there were horses in field next to us. And sheep other side. The beach is at bottom of the field! nice beach. Full of pebbles and rocks. Great for crab catching with kids. Aberaeron town is stones throw. Walk down through field along sea front. Literally 10 min walk. And the town is beautiful. Very pretty and quaint- lots of listed buildings, we bought some nice meat in butchers for bbq. Yummy.

The site showers and facilities were spotless - really cannot fault this site, best one stayed at for a while.

What a lovely site! Had a six night stay with myself my husband & four children. We enquired about availability by email, the response was prompt. The site is flat and spacious. The pitches are clearly marked and ours was sufficient for our large tent and our car. I liked how all pitched were around the edge of the fields so children had middle to run free.

Toilet/shower bock clean. Always lots of toilet paper, hand soap and hand towels. Free electric point for hair dryer or straighteners.

Friendly helpful owners & staff. Couldn't have asked for more.

1st visit to west wales & WOWEE. Coastline, people, weather, sea, beaches all so fantastic. We could have been in the med. Will certainly be visiting again & have recommended to all our friends.

I couldn't find any negatives about this site, people or place. Happy happy happy campers.

What a lovely site! Had a seven night stay.

Very very friendly staff who were always around if needed.

Large level pitches with a big area in the middle ideal for children to play. Each pitch had its own bin which was emptied on a regular basis. Free hot showers.

Toilet bock cleaned at least three times a day always lots of toilet paper, hand soap and hand towels. Free electric point for hair dryer or straighteners.

Only a five minute walk into town all on the flat.

Will definitely return. Well done Michelle you have the perfect site !

After a previous bad experience on a grass pitch (not on this site) earlier this year we were a bit apprehensive about camping on this site. We called Michelle (owner) a few days before our arrival and she assured us the ground was dry and hard - and she was right. Well drained, large, grass pitches with EHU and own dustbin on each pitch (handy touch).

No one to greet us on arrival, but we called Michelle, confirmed our pitch number and got on with it - not a problem.

Small, but adequate toilet/shower block, always immaculate. OH did say that getting out of the shower was a bit scary as the tiled floor was extremely slippery. Two undercover washing-up sinks, recycling on site for absolutely everything. Peaceful, basic farm camping - we even heard the pigs being fed every morning and evening!

The coastal path and shingle beach is accessible directly from the site and a 5/10 minute stroll takes you into the pretty Georgian town of Aberaeron, where you will find everything you could possibly need. Great bars including the Harbour Master Hotel and The Cellar to sit outside and enjoy the evening sunshine and the view. We had a brilliant meal in Spice Cuisine too - recommended.

We were a bit disappointed not to have seen dolphins during our visit but having fallen in love with the area we will be back and maybe we'll see them next time?

Just arrived home after a four day weekend at this camp starting on the Friday where most of Wales was flooded by very heavy rain. On arrival I was directed to a sheltered pitch in the side field, the pitch was very large and level. I was initially concerned that I would get bogged down as all the pitches were on grass and the weather was very wet, but the surface proved to be well drained and firm.

Next morning the rain had stopped a visit to the showers and toilet block where everything was spotless, (only 4 showers and about the same number of toilets) but over the 4 days I didn't have to wait for the facilities as most of the camp were caravans with built in showers etc. Plenty of hot water.

All staff were very nice and helpful.

Next few days the weather was great, the field dried very quickly.

The camp is situated next to the coastal footpath and a shingle beach, easy walking distance to a nearby village with plenty of good pubs and restaurants.

Plenty of wildlife in the area gillimots, oyster catchers, kites, seals and dolphins.

Will definitely visit again.

What a lovely site. We enquired about availability by email, the response was prompt. The site is flat and spacious. The pitches are clearly marked and ours was sufficient for our large tent and two cars. We were on the edge next to the sea without EHU. I was glad of the bank and hedge that obscures the view as these provided shelter from the wind that gusted on our second night. The facilities were pristine, they had clearly had a spruce up over the winter as the white paint both inside and out was bright and fresh. Inside the ladies there were mirrors, shelves and hooks. The basins have liquid soap dispensers and paper towels are provided. There are now washing up facilities that include a sink with double drainers. Possibly when the two fields are full then the facilities may become a bit busy - but then just pick a quiet time to go and have a shower. Overall a really well run site that offers all the facilities that you need for a camping holiday.

The lovely town of Aberaeron is only a few minutes walk along the sea wall and it has a good range of places to eat and enough shops, Costcutter for the basics and then a fantastic deli and a really well stocked and knowledgeable fishmonger for something a bit special for tea.

The coast path runs right alongside the site, we did a short section towards New Quay and it was very pretty. The beach adjacent to the site is pebble but there are sandy beaches nearby. From any part of this coast you get fantastic views out to sea and if you are lucky, as we were, then you may see dolphins. I have had to enter a rating for child friendliness - tricky as we don't have any and there were none on the site during our stay. However there is a big space left in the middle of the field where I guess ball games could be played. There are no specific facilities for children, but then why would you need them with the surrounding coast and a big field to play in?

This was our first visit to this area, we will return and we will stay at this site.

Stayed here in our Bongo 3-7 April 2012, excellent campsite for us. Michelle was very friendly and helpful. We were given our pitch number in advance so we just rocked up and set up. Coastal path is less than a stone's throw away from the field, which impressed our Lab. Personal bin for each pitch and recycling facilities for almost everything! The best campsite showers I've ever used - powerful, warm and exceptionally clean, not like the lukewarm dribble in a dirty shed you usually get! 5 minute walk to the food and drink delights of the Harbourmaster Hotel. A great campsite in a beautiful part of Wales.

We spent 3 days/nights on this wonderful site, unfortunately as is usual for us, the weather let us down badly so we abandoned (we should have stayed 4 nights) but this is not reflection on the site itself!

The facilities were immaculate, the pitch sizes were very generous and the location (practically right on the beach) was ideal!

Aberaeron itself is a lovely town, with plenty of places to eat and drink, we had fish and chips from the 'real' chippy, be careful what you order because there's plenty of it!

The harbour master hotel has a lovely atmosphere, we didn't try the food but it looked lovely!

The site is right on top of the coastal path so we got in as much walking as possible given the appalling weather!

We loved this site and we loved Aberaeron so we will be going back next year, just hope the weather is a bit better, can't wait!
