Fine, fine site! Member of the "Best of British" and highly commended by the Scottish Tourist Board. The site is around 13 acres of mixed pitches from grass with no hook-ups to completely serviced hard standing pitches. All the pitches are well laid out and some are quite secluded. The staff are very friendly and are always happy to help. The park houses a games room with two pool tables and a TV along with all the usual suspects! The park also has a leisure suite, consisting of a Jacuzzi and a sauna and sunbed, although this is not free of charge. The park also sites caravans for the season and also provides winter storage for you caravan. Site fees are around £8.50 per night and £2.50 for a hook up per night. The showers are free and the toilet block is very clean and well maintained. There is also the usual laundry and washing areas along with well distributed water and waste point all over the park.Situated minutes from Balloch and Alexdria. Alexandria is home to the Loch Lomand factory outlet, where the other 'alf can always pick up a bargain at your expense! Loch Lomand is also very close by. Accessible either from Balloch or a short drive up the A82. Boat trip out onto Loch Lomand are available just before the bridge in Balloch. 10 minutes drive north on the A82 you will find Luss the home of "Glendarich" from the TV soap "Take the High Road" an extremely scenic little village. You may even see "Davie Sneddon" patrolling the village!!

Tullichewan caravan park is a lovely site, it is quiet yet fun, clean well maintained park the warden and staff are very friendly and the Lomand outlets (large discount designer centre) is not too far away. We go there in the summer for the odd weekend. Balloch is a nice place for a walk, if you are into boats theres plenty to see and buy. Other sites we use locally are in Haddington. But stay away from Seton Sands unless you like that Butlins style feeling(not our cup of tea).
