August 2004 The first night we were there we all ended up at the bottom of our beds due to the slight slope in the field. Which I don't remember seeing this fact anywhere.
The people that run it are great and very friendly, even came out after some of the storms we had to check if we were alright.
Basic facilities but very clean. Only problem I had with the showers is the step and slope that they have in the cubicle, my little girl slipped and nearly cracked her head open (thank God she didn't).
We were put on pitch 13 even though my husband told them when booking I had trouble walking... Pitch 13 was 300yards away from the toilet block (the furthest way). Which I found difficult at times.
Other than that the price was great as it was £15 PN for 2 Adults, 3 Children and 2 dogs.

Aug 2004 Court Farm is a brilliantly friendly place. The pitches are simple, but good ground. The toilet and shower block is on the rustic side, but always clean and topped up with paper and soap etc. We visited on the busiest time of the year and I only had to queue for the shower one morning at 8.30 (only have myself to blame for that). The site overall is quiet with no big club house or bar, which is a bonus when your holiday is to get away from a hectic life. Bill's short cut routes to the eden project are excellent, along with his pub guide. This site is simple, well maintained and well recomended.

July 2004 Just spent 6 nights at court farm, the site is brilliant! Ideal spot to visit all attractions in Cornwall. It has all been said on previous reviews but the toilet block was always clean the showers nice and hot, a freezer to use when you want. The pitches were very spacious (however i wouldn't like to have been in the top corner pitches as it was quite a walk to the toilet block especially in the middle of the night!). Bill, Ann and Simon are very friendly and welcoming and Ann even offered to give us her own gas after we forgot our bottle, and Bess the collie and the cat are adorable and very friendly. Cant wait to visit again!

June 2004 We had a fantastic 10 days here, very warm welcome, great 'welcome pack' full of local info, places to visit off of the main tourist trail, good pub guide etc. Lovely setting with views over the rolling countryside. Village of St Stephen within walking distance (short cut across the field & along the river). Very clean shower blocks housing a fridge & freezer for ice blocks etc. and tourist info leaflets too. Camping at it's best - just how we like it..... no nasty big caravans, no bars or clubs or shops on site, just peace, quiet, tractors, sheep, and pure bliss....!! Thank you to all at Court Farm.

June 2004 Fantastic site! A very warm welcome from the owners, who were very helpful. Nice pitch with plenty of space. The facilities were excellent - always spotlessly clean. Shower block also had a washing machine / tumble drier which you could use for a small fee and a freezer for ice packs - very useful! The showers were always nice and hot - liked the fold-down seat / place to put your stuff whilst having a shower - very thoughtful. Washing up area outside the shower block. Thoroughly recommended - we really enjoyed our stay.

August 2003 If you are looking for a small, clean, friendly and very quiet site, close to many of the top cornish attractions (Incl. Eden Project & Lost Gardens of Heligan) - then I can certainly recommend Court Farm. With a maximum of 20 pitches (some with electric hook-ups), all campers can enjoy more than the usual amount of space and privacy to relax and enjoy the pleasant countryside setting without being disturbed by the neighbours. It also means that there is hardly any queuing even at peak morning times, for the showers/toilets, which incidently were exceptionally clean - although the building is a converted cowshed so expect to see the odd cobweb in the rafters! I think what impressed me most were the little personal touches that the owners provided - "Bill's good pub guide", photocopies of hand drawn maps offering short cuts to local attractions, to name but a few - and they were always on hand to offer useful information and advice on the area and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We'll definitely be going back.
