Campsite was a great find. Random pick due to superb central Cornwall location.
Very well laid out giving generous pitch sizes and not filling every last space in the field.
Pitches surround a large recreational space. Very quiet even though if had plenty of families staying.
Shower block was excellent, clean and all facilities required.
Despite a couple of days of the usual English Summer, we had an excellent stay.
Thanks to Lisa and Simon.

One of the best sites I’ve ever camped at. Shower and toilet facilities very clean and modern. Also available fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
Incredibly impressed with the ability to charge power banks, phones etc in this building too.
Campsite on a bit of a slope, but otherwise a very comfortable stay. Not too many pitches, so nice and peaceful for the majority of the stay.
Amazing that each plot also had its own water tap and rubbish bin. Never had this before and thought it was such a good idea.
Would definitely choose to stay at this site again.

Simon is an excellent host, a clean quiet campsite just outside of St. Austell. 15 mins from beach with lots of local advice.
The camp is so accommodating an nothing was too much bother even washing up our baby bottles and sterilising them. So helpful.
I can't give 11 stars but this is probably the best campsite I've been to.
So much to do in the local area as well.

Great campsite. All formalities done online, you have the pitch number allocated to you on arrival.
Toilets/showers are relatively new/ modern and clean, there are sockets available as well as washing machine/dryer.
Free WiFi, bin + tap with running water in front of the pitches every few meters (brilliant!)
No cons!

We had a great stay at Court Farm. When we arrived, our pitch was listed on the window, so we could go straight to it and set up.
The pitch had already been mowed and sorted, ready for us to deploy our tent, and the pitch itself is pretty big, I would guess 10m x 15m? All of the pitches I see had electric points to hook up, there was a water tap no further than about 20m away, and there was also a bin located next to the tap to dispose of daily waste.
There is a large green in the centre of all the pitches where you can play games. We played rounders a lot and had plenty of room.
There is a modern block where you can wash up and use the fridge or freezer, and there are Immaculate toilets and showers that are just right!
A couple of times a day I see the staff doing the rounds in the little UTV emptying bins and carrying out other chores, often bringing along the mower to tidy up an area they were unable to previously access.
When someone accidentally put a peg through the waterline, I believe it was Simon who went around the affected campers and explained to them the situation and what he was doing to fix the problem and how long it was going to take, he was polite and helpful, this was about 8 pm - 9 pm, buy the morning when we went to access the tap at about 8 am it was already fixed and there was no inconvenience as expected.
There is a road that runs along one side of the camp area it is hardly used but when it is you can hear the cars as it is on the boundary of the pitches, (nothing they can do about it)
The site is located in what I would say is a great location you are close to large superstores for your basics but also close to everything from EDEN Project, The lost gardens Heligan, Bodmin, Newquay, Porthpean etc. Its all close and there are some great walks or bike rides.
The weeks stay was cheaper than I found in the local area, and they were very accommodating when booking 3 pitches to be placed together.
My only criticism would be that the toilets are located at one end of the site and it is a long walk at 4 am for a pee.

My third stay here and it won't be the last. All facilities as spotless as ever.
Lovely big pitches in this idyllic setting.
I recommended this site to two of my friends who joined me during my stay and they agree that this is one of the nicest sites they have stayed on.

Loved: Simple site. Facilities immaculate. Owners extremely helpful and friendly.
Huge space in middle of field. Space between pitches. Beautiful views from our pitch. Great location.
But: Many pitches are on a slope. If you have a longer tent, need to pitch longways so unfortunately you don't get a view.
Because of steep slope we needed to prop up our camp kitchen and table with bricks. Also, road running along top behind campsite so if you're pitched at the top of hill it can be a bit noisy at night.
Would definitely use again but would request certain pitch in future to avoid slope and noise from road.

My second visit here. As usual, a friendly welcome. Lovely big pitches on this excellent site. They've really made an effort to be Covid-safe and have kept the facilities spotlessly clean.
This site is so central for many attractions including The Eden Project and the no-longer-lost Gardens of Heligan. It's just a short ride into Truro or Mevagissey too. The Queens Head pub in the village is just a mile away and serves great food.
This is the site that l will always use when camping in Cornwall.
