Just returned from an excellent week at this lovely campsite. Anne & Barney who run the site are always at hand if there is a problem.

After pitching my tent I discovered that my electric hookup was not working. Barney quickly sorted me out with one to use while he had a look at mine to see if he could fix it. They are a credit to this clean & tidy campsite.

Mundesley is a lovely village which has everything you need whilst on holiday, I particularly recommend the butchers & fish & chips.

The village is only a 5 mins walk from site & just an extra couple of mins walk gets you to the lovely beach.

I can safely say we will be going again next year.

Very handy site, brisk 10 mins walking distance to Mundesley beach. Ok size pitches, very helpful warden whom even helped shift the caravan with me. Mainly seem to be resident caravans, with only few pitches for 'drive in's'.

Toilet and shower block, well to be honest, very poor indeed, dirty floors, loos and sinks, always seem to be flooded, broken fittings and the smell reminded me like a old public loo from way back, not nice at all. But then incredibly it's seems to be quite normal practice to allow dogs in the shower block whilst owners shower etc so maybe the reason. But hey don't blame the dogs, blame their owner's as usual!

Great, nay superb beach, safe for kids, good facilities, Manor hotel excellent for food or a drink, the social clubs a bit grim though. The cafe at the end of the row (named after a shipwreck) has real good honest grub, clean, good service, looks nothing from the outside, don't let that put you off! The chinese take away is a good too.

Cheap site, good position, but be very aware of the shower block, best to use your own wetroom and toilet!

We have been coming here every year since 2008, sometimes twice a year, we like it so much. It is a lovely relaxed site in a beautiful area and Barney, the warden, is excellent.

Unfortunately this year was rather spoiled by other campers. There was a very large group with several tents who almost occupied the whole of one side of the tent field. They were extremely noisy with unruly teenagers of all ages and the night before we left they were drinking and shouting until 1 in the morning, with the children charging noisily back and forwards to the toilet block. As we were leaving the next morning we let it go but we did mention it to the owner in the morning. He was furious and said he would have dealt with it had we told him at the time, and I'm sure he would have done.

Apart from the fact that maybe the owners should consider the wisdom of allowing large groups to stay at a family site, this is not a criticism of the camp-site, far from it, just hoping that the selfish campers who spoiled our holiday will not be returning this year! We will not be visiting here during school holidays again!

Stayed for 3 nights made to feel welcome by Barny and friends the camp warden, nothing was too much trouble all you had to do was ask. Camp site at top of a road leading to the golf club.

Pitches are more or less level but the warden will lend you ramps if yours are not deep enough, about a 10 min walk into mundesley village.

Bus stop to cromer in village every 2 hrs starting at 10. 00am you can go into the village british legion at night if you want(just say you are staying at the links) and someone will sign you in.

Will come back again to this site and thank you once again barny for a great time.

I have been visiting this site since 1990. Over the years this site has got better and better. The toilet block is as good as any other and every year there are improvements. This year yet another hard standing pitch has been created which is actually level. The staff are friendly as is the owner who has taken over from his father. Such a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. Would highly recommend a visit. Great location for a relaxing time. I can't wait till I return next year!

Having never been to Norfolk before, I e-mailed the site in March, next day reply. We decided to give it a go. Took us 4. 5 hrs to get there but, it was well worth it. The weather made the holiday, it was brilliant. We stayed at this site for 15 nights. We were made very welcome when we arrived. A very friendly site, everybody spoke/offered assistance.

Toilets and showers are kept spotless. The site is kept very tidy and the campsite is in another field. There is hook ups for about 5 vans. Lots of places to take the dogs for a walk, past the golf course and around the pond, along the side of a field over the road and along the road through the golf course

10 minutes to the beach where we walked our two Jacks for miles. The beach is mostly sand but broken by pebbles. There is a pub, a club and a hotel in the village but the pub isn't too good (food nor ale).

We were offered very useful information about the area (most of which we did use). Park and ride into Norwich (Aldi, Sainsburys and Tesco). North Walsham (Lidl and Sainsburys). Cracking little cake shop in Sherringham. Super fish in Cromer (chip are a lot nicer in Mundesley but, a little on the steep side)

All in all, a brilliant little gem, and yes, I'm looking forward to going there next year

Very friendly wardens on arrival couldn't do enought for us, even resident caravanners gave us a hand to put up our awning as we arrived late.

Facilities are well maintained and clean.

Very close to beach and village with some lovely walks in the area.

Need to travel to North Walsham for banks and supermarket.

Very relaxing site one of the best we have had the pleasure to stay at every one was so friendly with out being to much.

Just returned from our second trip to this site and have enjoyed both visits. The warden and his partner are both very friendly and helpful. The site is located next to the golf club a short walk from the village and beach. The toilet block has been newly decorated and the facilities are kept spotless as all times. The washing up area is indoors and has two sinks, also there is a fridge freezer which is available for use (handy if non-electric and need to keep things cold). The pitches are well maintained as is the site in general. Good location with approx. 10 mins walk to the beach. Also very good value - we will certainly be booking again in the future.

We spent the Bank Holiday weekend at this lovely little site. The site is excellent for dog walks and a short walk into the village. I did go into the ship pub and had a couple of pints very dog friendly pub. I think there are a couple of very minor things the pitches are quite small. I found the water not to our taste I know seems odd but I love my cup of tea so we brought some bottled water. There is a golf course next door and small fishing pond I did not try it but looks pleasant. I was told a lot of the fish have been removed I can not say if this true or not.

Our second visit to this site and once again it didn't disappoint.

The pitches are a little snug and tricky to get onto but the wardens are so very helpful that it is really not an issue.

The facilities are very clean and modern however expect to queue during peak holiday periods when the camping field is at capacity. We just adapt our times for showers to allow for this. There is a very small play area for children in the camping field.

Views are of surrounding countryside.

Cycle/walk downhill into Mundesley for a selection of well stocked shops and a lovely beach.

Booking is essential as the majority of pitches appear to be seasonal.
