This was my very first time camping and I've only ever stayed in hotels so to say I was apprehensive would be an understatement.
However I cannot praise this site highly enough!
The site itself was lovely. I really liked the fact that the caravans were on one field and the tents pitched on another.
The toilets and showers (my biggest fear) were always clean with plenty of hot water in the showers and a constant supply of soap, toilet roll and paper towels. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday and never had to queue once!
The washing up room was great and there's even a fridge in there for everyone to use!
The warden was lovely and came round the 2 fields talking to everyone and checking that we were all ok. Plenty of space between pitches and everyone staying there was so friendly and helpful.
Mundesley is a lovely village with a gorgeous beach and a brilliant crazy golf park. Cromer is only 8 miles up the road but you've got a good shop, pub and restaurant in the village itself.
It's definitely given me the camping bug and, as it's only 35miles from us, we'll definitely be going as often as possible - I cannot recommend it enough!

A well cared for site with a new toilet / shower block, which was spotless all of the time. They do have disabled facilities and a fridge / freezer to put your coolbox blocks in.
It's dog friendly except for the beaches.
The Wardens are very helpful, friendly and sort out any problems in the unlikely event of there being one.
The Wife & I will go again next year or sooner.

When we arrived Barney was there to welcome us, we were shown to our pitch and helped with the backing up, He was very friendly and welcoming and told us where to find everything on the site and also a bit about the village, shops, pubs etc and where the nearest big supermarkets, we used Morrisons in Cromer.
When we had settled in we were a bit concerned that the vans seemed to be packed in a bit, but they were arranged in a way that there was plenty of room for awnings and parking.
Over the 2 wks we were there we realised that most of the caravans belong to people who keep them there all the time, and considering it was July it was very quiet during the week and only a handful of people coming to stay for the weekend.
There is a tent field next to the caravan field. The shower and toilet block is very modern and clean, books and flowers make it homely.
The showers are push button and easy to use and the water is lovely and hot. The village is a short walk away and has some lovely little shops. We love Cromer and the surrounding area.

This was our first camping expedition with all the kids. Our Old campervan and two tents for the kids and our dogs. Lovely clean site and the owner was there to greet us and even made us a cuppa whilst we pitched up. They even supplied us with a ground spike to tie the dogs up to.
Lovely walks, close to the beach. Well recommended. Swings for the kids, even a book swap in the toilet / shower block which we made use of. A nice way of passing books on

Had a lovely five nights at this site during the kids school holidays end May to beginning June - only problem was the weather during the first couple of days, but not a lot we can do about that - once it brightened up it was lovely and the beach in Mundesley is a lovely day out
The site itself is great and the warden Barney is really helpful and was always happy to chat when doing his morning rounds. Its a small site, but despite being fully booked it never felt cramped or too busy - in fact the toilet blocks only have 3 toilets and showers, but never had to queue once to use these.
Showers were always hot and clean, as was the water in the washing up room - only two sinks for washing up so best to time that right to avoid having to wait. Also the use of a fridge freezer in this room, which is a real bonus if like us you have to rely on cool boxes with ice blocks.
There are a couple of swings in the middle of the camping field which was great because we could watch the kids from our tent. Only one issue we had whilst there was some families playing football one night right outside and the ball kept hitting our tent - annoying when you are trying to get a 3 year old to sleep, but that has nothing to do with the site, which we would happily recommend.
Places of interest in the area - Bewilderwood is a good day out. Loads of great beaches in the area. Cromer is a nice seaside town with a pier and plenty of shops and eateries. Mundesely itself has a small spar shop where you can get most things, but there is a Morrisons in Cromer if you want more of a choice. The fish & chip shop in Mundesley is lovely and the Ship Inn does great food and has a fab beer garden with children's play area, overlooking the beach and the sea.
Great site in a lovely location and surroundings - would definitely return.

Just returned from an Easter break here at Links Caravan Park. Great prices, great location and great people, what more do you want?
We paid £12 per night including awning and electric hook up, no extra charge for dog. Other sites that we looked at wanted £25 per night over Easter.
The toilet block and washing facilities are first class, nice hot showers!. The warden, Barney, is a great character and could not be more helpful.
Our only problem was when everybody came back to the site at teatime and put on the heaters and kettles and the electric for the whole site was tripped, apparently a common problem over Easter with the cold weather.
Would recommend it to anyone and will certainly go back again.

We've just visited this site last weekend based on the previous reviews and it was just as described. A nice quiet, small site with friendly wardens. We arrived late on Friday, which didn't seem to be a problem and they didn't rush us to leave on Sunday as the site was fairly empty by this stage. The shower block and washing up facilities we're good. It's a short 5 minute walk to the small but lovely village and a further 5 mins to the sandy beach. We will definitely visit this one again.

Have just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely site. We felt our camping pitch was a bit on the small side compared to other sites we have visited, and we weren't given a choice of pitch even though the site wasn't full. We also felt the tents were pitched quite close together. However, the grass was short and well tended I would give the washing facilities only 8/10 as I felt the drains in the showers needed a good clean (I noticed quite a lot of hair etc in the drain) and I wasn't too keen on the wooden boards provided to stand on in the showers. However the toilets and basins were lovely and clean and the washing up facilities were very good with plenty of hot water. On the whole for what we paid we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Absolutely the best site we have been to, the wardens couldn't do enough for you extremely friendly. Shower facilities fantastic, clean and warm. Dog friendly. A very friendly atmosphere with every one on site. There is a nice safe area for children to play in the tent field. Mundesly is a great place not too big but has everything you want within a short walk. Wonderful fish and chip shop, great beach and lovely walks.

Very well maintained tent field, nice short grass!
Toilets and showers well kept and good washing up room with fridge freezer.
Owners very helpful and open to suggestions for improvements for the future.
Will revisit this site if we go to this area again.
Good local shops including a very well stocked grocers. Chinese take a way also excellent.
Lovely beach and beach cafe good for lunch with very generous jacket potatoes and freshly made lunch boxes for the kids.
