What a site. One of the best I've been to, can't really fault the caravan side but I can see the problems the tenters have having been one myself. The staff were good and a paper van comes round every morning. The facilities are amazing. There are also some good walks to do. All in all a top site.

Nice site very clean and quiet. Added bonus of on site restaurant serving good food at sensible prices. But note that if you want to use the bar for drinks only and pay by credit card the minimum spend is £15.00. So make sure you have cash if you just want a couple of drinks.

We spent two nights here the weekend after Easter. As you can imagine the site was pretty quiet with the field largely empty. As others have said, the slope could cause a few problems though we were at the top on the side which was OK. Everything others have said about the site was valid. Fab. Showers / toilets, and heated! The only small gripe we had was that there is some building going on and the area around reception could have been a bit tidier. However, these are minor points and the pluses outweigh them. All in all, a quiet, attractive site in a great location to explore the wonderful Dorset countryside. Burton Bradstock beach with its lovely restaurant is close, ditto West Bay, and we found Bridport to be a thriving, lively town with an amazing street market, including lots of bric a brac, on Saturday morning. Lots of small retailers and a good size Co-op just five minutes drive from the site. We didn't eat in the restaurant but when we had a drink the food being served looked good.

We have just got back from a 6 night stay here and we really enjoyed it! The facilities were very clean, the toilets and showers were cleaned daily. The showers at the front of the building were really nice, they were like an en suite you'd have at home, with sink, shower and toilet. We never had any real problems with queues, when we did, we didn't have to wait long. The washing up area was always kept clean and tidy.
There is an excellent dog walking area, which leads to river side paths and fields. If you cross the river and follow the path to the right for 1 and 1/2 miles until you hit a country road, walk up the hill, turn right and you will find a country pub.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We did find the campsite had a lot of rules, in fact we were handed an A4 sized paper full of rules and were asked to read them thoroughly, but don't let this put you off. The site isn't as strict as we first thought, things are very laid back and you are left to you own.
There is a restaurant on the site, which is supposed to serve lovely food. We never had anything, but every time you walk to the toilets you smell the food and it is very tempting!
We were pitched right next to where they keep the chickens, roosters, ducks and geese, so it can get a little noisy at times, especially when the rooster starts. We were woke a few times at 3am by the rooster, but we were just unfortunate to be pitched right next to him, other pitches don't hear it half as much.
All in all we loved staying at the campsite and we will definitely be visiting again!

This is a great site. Clean toilet/shower facilities, very well kept grounds and everyone very friendly. Even though the site was full it was so quiet and peaceful. The restaurant served us a divine Sunday roast with fresh vegetables followed by apple pie and custard. Slept the rest of the afternoon! Bridport is a lovely little place, unfortunately we arrived just as the market was packing up but what we saw of it looked very interesting. It was also good that Bridport caters for Motor homes in the car parks with specially allocated areas. All in all, a very restful and enjoyable weekend. Would highly recommend Binghams Farm Touring Caravan Park and we will definitely return.

My wife and I stayed at this Adults-only site for a week. At that time, the tent we had was not very good (since upgraded) nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. Of all the sites we've stayed at in England this was probably the best. The loos, shows, vegetable prep areas etc were first class and easily up to Continental Standards even though we had a little bit of agro with a mole!
The terrain is a bit too hilly for cycling a lot but we did use our bikes for getting around. The weather was not brilliant but the site (and its Saturday-night restaurant) made up for that. When we chose to eat out after a busy day sightseeing we used some of the local pubs for a meal. These were first class. We visited Lyme Regis, the Bovington Tank Museum, parts of East Devon and of course Chesil beach. Would like to have stayed longer, but we had to get back to work.
Good site., good staff and management - can recommend it.

e have just returned from a weeks stay at Binghams, what a disappointment, yes its clean and tidy, but we have been on better adult only sites, we were in the 'field' not on the site you see on the web page and it is not level in fact I would compare it to a big dipper. And very close together no privacy, in fact we could hear every word of the tv in the caravan next to our tent. They clean and mow the site continually which is ok but I go away for peace and quiet not to have the grass being mown at 9oclock in morning. And the 'loos of the year' closed at peak times for cleaning, How do these sites get their star ratings???. The restaurant / bar was very good the food excellent. The staff which almost outnumbered the 'campers' were friendly and helpful. But the site is nice on the 'main' part but the field is terrible and tents pay the same as caravans so it is not cheap, The area is nice especially West Bay. But all in all very very disappointing.

Stayed 11 nights July & August 2008. Lovely quiet site. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff won us over. Grounds and pitches very well maintained. Toilets & showers cleaned often and were spotless. Loved 'luxury' cubicles, with private toilet, sink and shower.
Restaurant cosy with good varied menu and great service. No road noise. Everything you could want from an Adults Only site.
Unfortunately, due to heavy rain, our hardstanding pitch (M10) flooded quite badly beneath the groundsheet and we consequently lost half the use of our awning.
Nice quiet break, would go again.

What a great site for adults. We pitched in the back field on top of the slope, which had great views. There was plenty of room to pitch but our pitch was a long way from the electric hook-up point (you can hire one for a returnable tenner). The staff were very helpful and friendly and the onsite restaurant is second to none. The food was brilliant; we ate there 3 times, which is unheard of. The facilities were excellent too, choice of showers good pot wash and laundry area. The surrounding area is great; Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Chesil Beach and Bridport to name a few. Two gems are Abbotsbury and Montecute, both worth a visit if you like to see typical English villages. Overall a great site highly recommended if you like Englishness and peace.

This is our first experience of Adults Only camping and it was excellent.
We have been to dozens of sites around Britain, we normally never want to return as there is so much more to explore but this is such a fab one we will return again.
Facilities are very good, never had to queue for showers, there a 2 smaller ones in the ladies, which are still alot better than most I have experienced and then there are the 'posh ones' where you think you are in an en-suite. No charge or time limit. Showers are helped keep clean by everyone mopping up after themselves.
Toilets are spotless there is also a hairdryer in there you can use for 20p but in the Posh showers area there are plugs for hairdryers etc and a full length mirror to preen in!
Well maintained level pitches, friendly staff, and a quaint little bar serving delicious pub food. We ate there 1 evening and being a vegetarian was rather worried about the selection but there was a seperate Vegetarian menu with a wide variety of meals! I was very impressed (doesnt happen often!)They also do a bar menu, omlettes, jackets etc or a takeaway service from the pub
Only a very short drive to local beaches, of which there are plenty, mostly shingle. The reception has a little information leaflet that tells you all you need to know
The place is very quiet, you can hear a pin drop and it was 3/4 full.
It is more expensive (£19.50 for tent and 2 people pn) but you get what you pay for.
