Lovely site that the owner obviously takes great pride in, with completely level pitches and pretty easy access for towing. Customer service over the phone and whilst on site was great.
Facilities are kept really clean but are a little old looking, and there are no separate washbasin cubicles (our caravan has no hot water so I prefer it).
There is a family bathroom but a large caravan set up right next to it when we were there and seemed to view it as their personal bathroom, so I never got to see what it was like.
It’s a quiet site apart from the roosting crows in the trees which don’t make for the most melodic dawn chorus - take ear plugs! There is a noise curfew indicated but everyone was tucked up by about 9pm when we were there anyway.
The play area is OK but better for under 8’s. The shop has very short opening hours so we only managed to buy and ice cream just before 5pm closing one day, but it was reasonably priced.
Shame the pool wasn’t open, and the laundry room closes at 5pm too which seems very early if for example you’d had a day at the beach and wanted to rinse swimwear.
There are some lovely beaches nearby, but the one a mile away is tacky.

This is a fab campsite with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It is close to lots of beautiful beaches and countryside and it’s a great location to explore Norfolk.
We didn’t really need to use the toilet or shower block as we’re in a caravan but I looked around and it was all very clean and I noticed it was regularly cleaned throughout the day.
The people who run the site are so friendly and do everything they possibly can to help you and make sure you have a great holiday. I absolutely recommend this site.

This was our first outing after the lockdown. We arrived to find a site that had all the covid guidelines in place. We were welcomed by the very friendly staff and shown to our pitch.
The whole site is maintained to a very high standard. The staff were very helpful in advice on local amenities etc.
Bit disappointed the shop wasn't open, it was good weather and Ice cream would have been nice.
We will use the site again. If you are "lay in" people ask for a pitch away from the lane as there is some Agricultural traffic noise in the morning.

Lovely clean well kept site.
Handy small shop on site, launderette and modern toilet blocks.
10 mins drive to local beach or 20 mins to Great Yarmouth.

Lovely site, nice location. Some hard standing pitches would be good, toilets lovely and clean.
What I don’t understand is if a site like this can have there facilities open why can’t the Caravan and Camping club?
I would recommend this site to anyone.

Excellent site with clean Covid facilities, nicely maintained grounds and lovely children’s play area. We were provided with black sack for our rubbish and hand sanitiser sachets.
Reception lady was really helpful giving directions for walking through fields with proper footpaths leading to Scratby beach and also alternative walks to Caister and Hemsby.
We could have stayed longer as there was so much more to explore. Local garage and shop facilities.
There was a shop on site but didn’t use it.

Very friendly site, with well set up facility's.
Negatives would be no footpath on the busy road so you can't actually walk to the beach/shops unless walking along the grass verge.
