10/10; this was the first time we had camped at this site and was impressed with the cleanliness and well run.
The owners are friendly and helpful and the manager works hard to maintain high standards.
Thank you from Alison, Josh and Lily the dog.

Booking was simple and very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived the pitch was great. Huge And well spaced out. Due to Covid, there’s extra measurements in place and scratby Hall have got it Completely right.
The toilets were spotless and deep cleaned, wipes available and anti bac available at all communal areas. Signs up re rules to comply to Covid rules. Very well prepared and followed through.
Brilliant location. Can walk to beach in 15 minutes Which is accepting dogs. Other beaches around including Winterton and horsey beaches absolutely beautiful.
I highly recommend this site and have been a few times and will continue to do so.
Beautifully kept, shop on site with park and once Covid under control the swimming pool.
Very peaceful stay.

We have been using this site on and off since 1975 as a young couple/family of 4 and now a retired couple, The site is always kept neat and tidy and always a friendly smile and wave when you go out or return from a day out.
We have not been on site very often when the shop and swimming pool are open but when we have the shop has been well stocked. There is a Deposit of £5 for a key to the toilet block which can be a bit of a pain if you forget to take it but they are kept very clean. The size of pitches is good and kept mown regular.
On the down side I think that the toilet blocks could do with a bit of updating instead of bars of soap at the basins they could have soap dispensers and the showers only have two hooks to hang all your clothes and toiletries etc and the shower is worked by pressing a button perhaps a revamp on the showers so as you can sit down and dry yourselves and dress may be a good idea.
This is a very good and clean site and will be using it again but would be nice to see a better toilet/shower blocks

As our first adventure camping as a family with small children, we couldn't have chosen a better place.
The kids enjoyed the playground immensely, the little shop was well stocked with everything we might have forgotten and the pitch size was very large, easily big enough to accommodate our 8-berth family tent with porch and car beside.
Even though it was high season, there was only one brief incident of noise at night the whole time we were there (when someone's kid had a meltdown, which is hardly the campsite's fault), and the toilet block was always clean.
Technically, you can walk to the beach from the campsite, but we never did (we drove the 5 minutes) as crossing the fairly fast road with little ones didn't seem sensible and it was a bit too far for little legs.
Overall, a great place to stay!

Nice clean friendly site, had nice size pitch for our first camping trip away with our little boy.
Lots of children to play with there and every one played nicely in the park, only down side which couldn’t be helped that is the pool could only hold 35 maximum so I guess they assume if the site is full and it’s hot that not everyone will want to go in the pool. Unfortunately not the case. The lovely woman that owned the park did her best to regulate and keep everyone happy, just not something I’ve come across at caravan parks etc before and a little frustrating for the littlest to try and explain to them

We had our 2 grandsons with us on this trip so very different trip. Nice greeting on arrival lots of local info available. Didn't like the very tight pitches. You had to park your car outside your neighbor's awning, kids and bikes near cars not a good combination, although our neighbor's were very nice.
Pool was very nice with a lifeguard on duty at all times. Park on site but not much in it.
Single car width road to access site, not very busy but we felt uncomfortable walking the kids down there.
Showers etc. Were clean and the water was hot. Not an unpleasant stay but would not return.

Very welcoming and very friendly on a very windy day. We arrived late afternoon and was greeted by Elaine who is very knowledgeable on the area and gave us a detailed description of the area and local food etc. , Elaine came out of the office into the weather to help us sort the best pitch in the very, very, windy weather. Very welcoming and very helpful.
The staff here are lovely and wave and smile if they see you leaving site for day. Caroline also who we met was very knowledgeable of the area and sites to see and how to get about. Staff are very friendly and very welcoming.
Will definitely be going back to this site. Toilets and showers always very clean and tidy. In all lovely site and lovely country walks just off site, dog friendly. Pub within walking distance had a couple of meals here, these were very friendly and good food too.
This site is in the countryside with very short drive to cliff tops with access to lovely beach. Other beach nearby is also good for seal watching.

Well what can I really say!
What a real little gem this ite is,
Arrived a bit late on the Friday evening staff still there seeing to every bodies needs and booking in.
The site is so well looked after and such a nice place to relax, The shower blocks are beautifully kept and well looked after the grounds are well maintained and the grass is kept short.
It was a pleasure to get up on the saturday morning and see children playing and I mean playing no social media but football and cricket and all getting along.
This was our second stay at Scratby Hall and is not goingnto be our last as booked for a week at the end of August.
Looking forward to seeing the lovely Elaine and her husband John who both work there and are so welcoming and friendly again.
So much to do within the area and the beaches at Hemsby and Great Yarmouth are lovely for a good stroll early morning or in the evening. Many thanks Janice & Darren
